"Everything was beautiful; there was two hiccups 2/3 elevators lost service and the microwave as requested wasn’t in room. Eventually the elevators came back up and the microwave was delivered to the room. Karen sweet lady met us while we were checking in, she was so personal engaged in conversation. Although the conversation was brief it was nice to see someone enjoying their job."

"During my previous stay at this establishment, I encountered no adverse remarks. Regrettably, upon check-in, rooms were unavailable, necessitating a prolonged wait for housekeeping to complete the room turnover process. Furthermore, there were remnants of food on the carpets. Regrettably, the hallways emitted a distinct and unpleasant odor. As previously mentioned, I have made multiple visits to this establishment while visiting friends and family, and I have not experienced this situation. I suspect that this incident may have been attributed to staffing or organizational issues. I do hope they consider at least a momentary accommodation. "

"Great stay. Its hard to find reasonable accommodations in Manyunk/East Falls. Room was perfect for my needs. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The coffee and water in the cute libby were appreciated. Hosts were communicative, checkin and out was seamless. Will stay again."

"Room 209 Lock mechanism on the room door is malfunctioning, made a loud, rapid clicking sound every 20-30 minutes. Made it just about impossible to sleep. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told that someone would be coming to repair it on Monday. No offer of room without this issue. Dresser drawer would not close. Bumped into it several times. "

"Everything went well here. Breakfast was a solid typical mini buffet, very nice breakfast eating area. Very friendly staff, everything was good inside the room with no defects."

"The room was large, much bigger than expected. The room seemed clean. There was an old hair tie on the floor and a very old lip gloss under the couch so we could only imagine how long it was under there. Breakfast was good, but the waffle makers were broken. Check in and check out was a breeze. Will most likely stay over again if in the area due to room size, included breakfast and location. "
