「Tudo perfeito! Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já tomei em um hotel. Vista do quarto maravilhosa. Tivemos um episódio desagradável: um funcionário no café da manhã foi muito rude com a gente. Quando chegamos no café, não havia ninguém. Escolhemos uma mesa e quando o funcionário nos viu, foi bem grosseiro dizendo que as mesas eram nominais e que não podíamos sentar em qualquer uma. Não tinha como sabermos dessa informação, pois quando chegamos ao café ninguém foi nos recepcionar.」

「Sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Abend handelt es sich jeweils um ein Gourmet- und ein veganes Menu, was miteinander kombiniert werden kann. Auf Nahrungsunverträglichkeiten (bspw. Laktose) wird stets Rücksicht genommen. Das Frühstück ist äusserst reichhaltig, lecker und abwechslungsreich! SPA Bereich top mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Berge. 」

La reception funziona fino alle 13, dopo tale orario, il check in, deve essere fatto in modo autonomo, seguendo le indicazioni inviate via mail e via messaggio dalla struttura.
L’accesso è semplice e di facile fruizione.
La “suite” è ampia, molto ben arredata, completa di quasi tutto il necessario, ho trovato la mancanza di ciabattine ed un phon di mediocre qualità, peer il resto tutto estremamente funzionale,...
