So-go gogo!
Nice and comfortable accommodation, walking distance to SM Mall. Food’s great and reasonably priced too. Staff are courteous and very polite. Definitely will stay again and recommended.

This place is not designed for travelers with luggage’s. The rooms are too small. You can hardly walk in the room. That’s how small they are. The staffs were really nice though. I have stayed in this three times actually because it’s cheap.

I enjoyed all the friendly staff. Only thing that would have made it better. Was if I had my own key to enter my room. Always having to let staff know that you need them to unlock your room, got a little old.

I booked 1 month ago wrong date mistakenly. So I booked again with proper date, then asked reception to cancel the wrong booking. However they denied the request due to their policy. I was really disappointed this inflexibility and the staff attitude. Never wanna use.

Awful
Dirty Sheet, No cover, I know it's cheap but avoid at all costs. Didn't even stay the night, checked out and went elsewhere.

Had to move rooms 3 times. Very poor service cleaning the room. But the price not bad

Close to the mall & buses
Not very happy with the over all experience. No windows to see outside. Unable to have a quick coffee or tea when you wanted one and no where to keep you drinks cold. Unable to manually adjust the air conditioner with the room comes to cold or speed of air. The staff was friendly and the security for the place was excellent.

BUDGET HOTEL, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, NO WINDOW IN ROOM, ROOM CLEAN AND TIDY BUT SMALL FOR PREMIUM CLASS. A/C QUIET AND EFFECTIVE. SHOULD BE BREAKFAST INCLUDED FOR THAT PRICE.. FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY FINE. WOULD OVERNIGHT AGAIN

Worst budget Hotel
* My room was flooded with water *Transferred to a lower type of room without being asked even though there was an automatic refund. Refund was not even discussed if it wasn't asked. *Sent a complaint to the number that's in the room but I felt that he was not accommodating at all the fact that he did not reply on my third message. *I left a new Adidas white shorts and some toys when we were transferred on a different room. It seem like no one cares at all. -I know its a budget hotel but I dont think that anyone deserve this experience.

Good for short stays only
Staff was friendly but beyond that better looking elsewhere. Good for short stays only and not longer stays. Hotel seems to have outdated systems as online bookings always are not confirmed and have to wait for them to check I guess with their corporate office. AC works. No seperate shower so try and use restroom beforehand. Room is only cleaned with guests present. No lock for doors. They do have a security person but still little unsettling as seeing how confused they get with online bookings I'm afraid they confuse the room as vacant.

Good Hotel close to shopping and hospital.
The location of the place is great. My upgrade was a perk since the room I booked was gone. But the fact that I saw roaches at the headboard and at the front office grossed me out. I normally bring my own sheets, pillow and towel so at least I know I slept in a clean set.

Hotel bon marché. A ne recommander qu'à ceux qui ne recherchent qu'un coin pour la nuit...et sil'on vous suggère de repayer la chambre parce que le voucher n'est pas parvenu, insister et il sera retrouvé (mais la recherche peut prendre une bonne heure!). Éviter les chambres sur rue bruyantes. Avis aux claustrophobes, les chambres premier prix sont sans fenêtre

Nice hotel workers speak good English and understand . It's close to SM center. Only problem is no Taxi cab .

Shower was wrong bult so Water didnt go away, made online bokning and they had trouble to find IT? Seems to be a hotel for prostitution since they rent out per hour.

Not like what is described. Dirty
It stated the suite had a pillow top mattress with premium bedding but what we got was a plastic mattress with only a sheet. When I asked for a blanket, they gave us another sheet. The towels were thin and full of holes. They don't give you a key to lock your door. They tell you don't worry about it. It's safe. I don't trust that. The room was dirty and smelly. Not recommended.

It was much better than Gran Prix..staff were helpful and we stayed for 4 nights ...handy location and food was fine...good variety on menu. .

A Thief Hotel
Dangerous hotel to stay in. First, the Hotel Supervisor said that Hotel.com is not a accredited merchant upon me showing him the confirmation and payment I had made. After some failed attempt to call Hotel.com, he said that the arrangement is ok and agreed to receive me. However, he charged to full charges again to my credit card without seeking my approval. Upon my checked out of the hotel, the hotel made another charge to my credit card which I was not informed. Traveller, stay away from this hotel.

Staff I are courteous but at one point when I asked for cleaning service. (I was travelling to Manila that day I need to rush in). In accordance to the hotels requirement, the guest should be there when the cleaner does his cleaning I waited for the cleaner to come.. I was alone so no one will open the door for them. it took me several calls to the counter before they sent the cleaner to clean the room. On going paintings of other rooms' doors made the corridor smell suffocating. I am no smoker but the room given to me wasn't no smokers roo. The bathrooms smells looks tidy but not totally clean and it does not smell fresh.

SOGO Tarlac
Good for the price. Extremely poor service. Had to ask multiple times to get room cleaned. After 40 minutes wait, we cancelled our coffee order. Don't even try food order. One electric outlet in the mega suite, bring extension cord. Jacuzzi not working. No separate shower so the bathroom floor stays wet. But, for the rate-- take a shower in the jacuzzi and eat out. The bed is great and the wi-fi works.
