Nice resort style hotel. Excellent pool. Close to zahara. Decent gym. Breakfast great. A couple of annoying things: 1. Parking cost 20 euro per day. This is a lot in my opinion. Plenty of parking options just outside of the hotel. No one mentioned the cost of parking to us on arrival. 2. Costs of drinks at the bar. A tiny bottle of water and a soft drink was 7.40. Feels expensive. The have “special” beds around the pool that are almost always empty yet they are taking a lot of prime space. Personally I am not a big fan of dividing hotel guests into different classes when all staying in the same hotel. But for some this might be a plus. Those are small things. Overall the hotel is lovely and rooms are decent size and the facilities are very good

Absolutely beautiful and well kept property, with a lively pool and huge beach stretching far along the shore. The town nearby is cute. The staff is friendly and food is delicious. Rooms are large. We would love to come back!!

Worst experience ever. They keep asking for a printed Bono that we never had with Expedia. They refuse to give us our Gold member upgrade even when they have rooms available. We didn’t get the kind of room we payed for and my daughter (adult) slept in a child’s bed, but this is EXPEDIAS FAULT, the hotel doesn’t have 2 queen beds rooms. The hotel is extremely noisy and they left towels with holes on it in our bathroom. When we were checking out they ask again for a proof of payment, after I had emailed them the receipt. We felt very uncomfortable . I wouldn’t recommend this place.

El hotel está bastante bien. La experiencia es muy agradable pero tiene dos peros. Es un muy buen 4 estrellas pero a precio de 5. Y sobre todo la comida. Malísima. No se entiende.
