On a plot of approximately 1,860 m², this elegant classic-style villa has 255 m² built, surrounded by a spacious garden with a swimming pool (10x4 m), ideal for relaxing and enjoying good weather. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a natural stone entrance with space for several vehicles and a private two-car garage. Inside, a cosy hall leads to the different rooms, all distributed on a single floor for greater comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen has a large central island and a dining area with wooden beams, perfect for sharing special moments. The living room, with a two-pitched roof and wooden beams, stands out for its large marble fireplace and cream ivory floor, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.
