"My husband and I got rained out of our camping trip and the owner Denise was SO kind and generous! She got us in way before checkin time and remembered us during our stay. The whole staff is kind and welcoming, like family. We stayed in the hotel under the restaurant and it was so beautiful! The room is adorable decorated and everything is clean and well thought out, down to homemade soaps and a complete coffee bar. We will be back and highly recommended staying here!! "

"The cabin was so nicely stocked, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the laundry room. The rushing stream so close to the cabin made for the most glorious sound! The bed (we only used one) was incredibly comfy as well. In addition, having cable TV made it possible to watch important college football games-yay! The hot tub was so clean and added to the all the relaxing features of this cabin. The host was easily and quickly available when we had any questions. "

He provided some helpful hints as we were traveling over to Brevard and then the Smoky Mnts. - such as, sites to visit and scenic drives. Enjoyed visiting with him. "No face to face with anyone as you get your room and door code via email which turned out to be very nice. I didn't know what you do if you have an issue but we didn't. Very nice, very modern room. Absolutely did not expect how nice it would be. It says the breakfast is grab and go which, to me, means a banana and muffin in a bag but it was much more of a Continental bfast with tables, etc. "
