This cabin was so cozy, and the perfect spot for us and our dogs! I will say, the stairs are quite steep going to the bedrooms on the second floor, so I wouldn’t recommend for someone who has a tough time with steps. Otherwise, it was great! The balcony off of the main bedroom is perfect for stargazing at night, or sipping coffee in the mornings. Our dogs loved the easy walk to the nearby ponds, and we loved being close to Main Street and also kind of tucked away.
House was very nice. Clean and in great shape. No washer dryer , parking was odd and very tough to navigate with a trailer. Shared parking cramped and very close to other units. Tv needs to be updated and work in all rooms
The place was nice and great location. That being said the fee was too much for what we got. Kitchen not stocked for 4 people. Broken coffee mugs and broken kitchen chair. Ironing board but no iron. No hair dryer so pack yours.Probably would not stay here again. I
Our house, little fanny had steep steps and im disabled so i asked if they could find me something else. They were great and moved us to a house with no stairs. They were so nice
Little Fanny is such a cute cabin. Everything has been renovated and updated including the furniture. We stayed in late June so there was no need for heat. The living room has a ceiling fan, and it stayed quite nice downstairs. The stairs leading to the two bedrooms are very steep and narrow. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms and no other fans provided. The upstairs gets very warm. We slept with the windows open. It was ok but still a little uncomfortable temperature wise. Bring fans if you plan to stay during the summer! The bedrooms were nice, and the beds are comfortable. The cabin does not have Wi-Fi, which wasn’t a deal breaker, but a little inconvenient. The cabin is on the end of town but still walkable to everything. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in the evenings.
This place sucked. If we could give it 0 stars we would. Completely filthy. Animal hair all over the floor. Hair balls underneath the kitchen table. No Wi-Fi (despite advertising as such and despite living in the modern world), no credit back when we brought this to the company’s attention that we specifically rented the place because they advertised as having wi-fi, nasty carpet, dirty silverware with chunks of food on them just tossed into the drawer(so much for a maid service), and the strongest odor of animal piss my body has ever endured - the unpleasant foulness invades your nostrils and refuses to leave, forcing its way into your lungs like an armed intruder. We had to buy our own glade plug-in. Oh and they could not care less about a prompt check-in. The lady just said “sorry, it’s been a busy weekend” and we couldn’t even check in until after 5:30.
Place was very nice. Other than road construction everything was great.

Neighbors are really close and parking is tight. It was advertised as a 2 bathroom , only 1 1/2 bth
Nice property. Just a little small for the price

The location was perfect and easy for all nearby activities. The cabin was cozy and clean.
We stayed 4 nights and had a great time. The Red River Management company was great, friendly and well organized. The cabin was stocked for general cooking and grilling. It was clean and cozy. The 2 upstairs bedrooms were nice sized and shared the one bath/shower. Downstairs has a half bath only. The pull out couch downstairs is available but not super comfortable. TV's are great in each room but direct TV does not have ESPN channels so no ball games. We will be back again!

Red River - 4th of July
We rented this cute little cabin for the week of 4th of July! We loved being within walking distance from everything: chair lift for mt biking, downtown for restaurants, groceries and the holiday parade. We also enjoyed the off-roading trails and hiking in the area!! The cabin was nicely furnished and had a great porch (with grill) and patio off the master. Our only issue was the internet connection.
