I will not be staying here again, showers leak, fridge is very noisy, smoke alarms are not in working order, sitting on top if range hood, it has a funky smell in the unit. Lots of maintenance needs to happen to these rooms

Great size unit with living area, dining table, full kitchen/ laundry, bathroom and bedroom. Somewhat dated however great for a nights stopover.

No repairs just excuses, if the shower wasn't cleaned in these current times it's a real worry. Most places are disinfecting and bleaching to the extreme

A good 3 Star

A good size unit with a kitchenette, queen bed and a 3 seater lounge. Bathroom also a decent size, but corner type shower small. Pleased how clean it was. Its obviously been there a long time but was in reasonable condition. At $110 on the high side for value. When arriving at 2pm, there was no one in attendance and not for some hours, however we could self checkin.

Mediocre

Tried 2 rooms. Both had blown light bulb. One bedroom. The other in the bathroom. Cobwebs, curtains hanging weird from lack of hooks. Cockroaches x 2. First kne changed due to no air con control and other blowing hot air. Budget style but on a higher $$ rate. Not very impressed overall. Only to say owners accommodative to change one bad room to another. If had stayed more than one night we would have said alot more. Bed was comfy. Kitchen area well equiped. Clean linens.

Convent Location

We enjoyed our brief stay. The property was easy to find and near the beach. Friendly reception and clean and tidy appearance. All promised amenities were available. The unit was roomy and bright with a comfortable bed. We were very happy customers.

Fantastically quiet, plenty of off-street safe parking for anyone bringing say a boat or camper trailer. Wonderfully clean and fairly freshly painted, tiled inside. TV was limited to ABC and very patchy Ch 7 only. Short walk to beach or up the hill to the pub and Coles groc, pizza or KFC. Full kitchen incl oven & hotplates, large fridge and laundry as well as ensuite within my own apartment, so no communal needs. Pool looked fun for those with a little family. Reception was staffed for good check-in hours and real milk in a jug was served with kindness. I was very happy with value for money and will be recommending to friends. I had intended to take a jetski but was too sick on this occasion - but now know this is a great venue as the in-complex parking availability for this was superb. A gem of a sanctuary, a place where I could relax, and my designated car park allowed for me to unload car and go straight into my unit under cover without getting wet. Great venue to promote with boyne tannum fishing hookup coming up in early may!

Great rooms, perfect for families. We had a few spiders and cockroaches, but overall everything was clean and tidy.

Good rooms close to shops

Stayed for a weekend, was well equipped, clean and close to everything. Would recommend to stay

lovely couple running the place, friendly easy going. great pool and short walk from the beach, nice quite area. well equiped kitchen, washing machine in the room, very much recomended

Family reunion

Our room was spotlessly clean with a good bed and good amenities. We were upgraded to x2 rooms at no extra cost to accomnodate my daughter who was accompanying us.

Great budget stay.

Great stay for what you pay. Family room was great for two adults + three kids. All kitchen supplies you'd need. Kids loved a dip in the pool.

A great find

We had a great stay here. The managers were very friendly and helpful. We were expecting a standard room. But on entering were surprised to have a small self contain unit with a washing machine. The tavern was a few minutes walk away for quick dinner. We would definitely stay here again

We stayed for two nights, a mature couple looking for a peaceful rest from days of travelling. We found the size of the unit and all its facilities amazing. The area is lovely and peaceful, near the beach, shops and some good walks. Highly recommended!

Quiet Motel near to supermarket and beach.

Check in was quick and easy as paperwork was ready on our arrival, reception friendly and helpful. We stayed in a budget cabin which was spacious but best described as a demount-able, and separate from the main accommodation. There is no dedicated parking for this category. The bed was ok but the mattress was a bit saggy and probable nearing it's use by date. Everything was as described and in working order. The WiFi was slow, considering the occupancy that night was low, and would not connect at all the next morning. I thought it was a little overpriced for a Budget category considering it was off season. I would recommend upgrading to the next category. There are no views from any of the rooms. I saw other newer places near by offering cheaper standby rates with views. The grounds were clean and well presented and the pool looked to be well maintained. Overall a credit to the Managers.

Good quiet location short walk to beaches and cafe

Nice quiet spot, very roomy and clean, comfortable. 5 minute walk (or less) to beaches or cafe's. Staff were quite helpful. Enjoyed our stay.
