Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Hotel was probably amazing in it's day but is a little tired now. Very clean, but needs updating. Quite a bit of road noise from our street facing room. Pool was large, clean, beautiful. Beach is across the street and public, crowded, dirty - not somewhere we had any interest in being. Short cab drive to medina, great restaurant and park across the street but otherwise not really walkable to anywhere.

The staff at this hotel is super friendly and nice, but the hotel itself is a mess. We ended up switching hotels. The walls were dirty and had human scratch marks, our doorknob was falling off, the bathroom tiles were cracked, the trim was peeling away from the wall, the carpets were stained, the balcony doors stick so bad, and we tried two different rooms with the same issues. I don’t like saying bad things, but I wish someone had written an honest review before I booked this hotel. The pictures are deceiving. The staff was very nice, but that doesn’t make up for the broken state of the hotel.

While the staff was helpful and patient, the condition of the property is abysmal. Dirty carpets, leaky air conditioners, unclean rooms, the list goes on. If you want a hotel that feels clean and modern, this one is not for you. The hotel, specifically the hotel room floors need significant rehab.

This hotel was not in a great location for anything. Very much out on its own. The pool was closed and almost no guests staying. The restaurant was closed and no were close to eat.the carpets in the rooms were very dirty. Much better to be closer to city center.

We choose the moga dor hotel for ots reputation as 5 stars hotel. I don't think it is even 3 stars hotel. A carpertin the room. Was so dirty and AC waznt womri h even that we called the hogel to confirm. It was so hot that we couldn't fall asleep. Never again

MEN, toiletterne og badværelserne var i virkelig dårlig tilstand..vi og vores venne par skiftet værelser flere gang da badværelserne ikke fungeret. Det var virkelig ærgerlig, det giver ikke indtrykket af det er en fem stjernes hotel. Generelt så burde hotellet ikke have mere end 4 stjerner, værelserne mangkede ting som glass og kopper.. intet i minbaren..
