"If you want a paradise in somewhat remote area with a gorgeous accommodation, this is it! All the staff was amazing and the facility is so wonderful with attentions to every detail. Nothing but nature is there but if you call a grab, restaurants, major activities are 15 min drive away. I don’t want to recommend this as I want to keep it to ourselves without spreading to others but I highly recommend this!! Good for a couple or family."

The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They arranged a private driver for our trip back to Hanoi, making our travel plans simple and stress-free. DETAILED REVIEW 2023/2024 Overall Summary: 10/10, would definitely be my first pick again for Ninh Binh. Staff, Service, and Friendliness: 100/10. Wonderful, friendly and honest staff. They went above and beyond for us, giving suggestions, advice on itineraries, etc. Never felt taken advantage of and cheated. At the end of my initial stay, we decided to stay an extra 2 nights, and they even moved all of our packed-up luggage and drinks for us to the new room. Room: Excellent Spacious,...
