気になった点 : 清潔度
早朝の飛行機に乗る前の仮眠で宿泊させて頂きました。コップの中に虫の死骸があったり、床にホコリがあったり、ベッドが高すぎて子供が落っこちないかヒヤヒヤしました。シャンプーはいい匂いだと子供が気に入っていましたし。

ホテルの下にコンビニがあり便利だった。ベランダにイスが欲しかった。 洗濯を干すロープか、フックみたいなのがあれば良かった。　引っ掛ける所すらなかったので、水着を干したりするのに、不便だった。 ホテルの立地は、凄く良かった。何処に行くのも便利な立地。 フロントのスタッフは、日本語全然ダメ。

チェックインする時今後の為にという理由でクレジットカードから150ドル補償金を請求された。 チェックアウトの時違うスタッフにそのクレジットカードのことを聞いたが、そんな補償金はないと言われた。今までホテルからそんな請求されたことがなかったからとても不愉快。

Hafa adai, please be advised that the 150.00 upon check-in is a security deposit and it is released when you check-out of the hotel if there are no damages to the room. It will take 7-14 business day for the amount to reflect back into your account.

立地が良く便利。 赤バスもJPの前に停まります。 スタッフがフレンドリーでとても良いです。 私が分かるようにゆっくり話してくれるし、 私の片言の英語を理解してくれる力が素晴らしい。 もっとティシュ欲しいって言ったら2箱持ってきてくれました。花粉症で必要だったのでありがたかった。 Tarzaが運営していないのが残念でした。

グァムへ行く時はいつもここに泊まっています。観光の中心部にありショッピングモールへ行くバス停も側にあります。ホテル内にちょっとしたコンビニもあるしプールも空いている。清潔で水圧も暖かいシャワーも充分に出ます。素敵な高級ホテルではないけど大好きなホテルです。

とにかく立地が良い。JPスーパーストア直結ですぐ近くにABCストア、飲食店も豊富。 ホテル内に23時まで空いてるJP スーパーストアのコンビニも。 プールもありますが、あまり力をいれていないのか、やや分かりにくい場所にあり着替える所やシャワーはありません。 エコで2日おきに掃除に入ります、とありました。しかし3泊4日でしたが一度も掃除に入らず2日分のタオルしか置いてなかったのでわざわざフロントにタオルをもらいに行きました。

2泊3日で利用しました。チェックイン早々ドアキーが開かないトラブルもありましたがすぐ対応してくれました。小さい子同伴だったので朝食付きにしました。沢山種類があって、食べきれないより色んなものが幅広くあったので良かったです。ホテルに隣接されてるjpスーパーストアもjpショップも便利でした。ABCstoreも許容範囲の距離にあるので買い忘れのお土産を帰国当日朝でも買うことができたしシャトルバス乗り場も近いしT-ギャラリア、ザ・プラザへもアクセス良く立地は最高！またリピートします♪
