Great stay in a spacious, clean house. Lovely decorated for Halloween. Enjoyed pool, cayaking and sitting outside seeing the sun go down.Comfortable beds, lots of towels, kitchen with everything, super fast washer/dryer.Very nice hosts.Thanks for everything!

The property was a fantastic home-away-from-home, offering comfortable accommodations and unique local charm that made our trip memorable.The house came with everything we could possibly need, including plenty of dishes, cooking supplies, and comfortable seating. Absolutely stunning Villa. Didn’t want to leave. The Host was amazing, checked how we was, any issues was sorted straight away. The WIFI was fantastic, pool was brilliant and stunning in the mornings watching the sun rise.

An enjoyable 4 week stay.

The property was exactly what it said and showed on the website. Communications with the owner were excellent with no reply delays. Everything that we could want was provided in Tammy's well kept home. Our only concern was the lack of privacy on the lanai, deck and pool as there was no screening to the property on the left.

A Wonderful Place to Relax

Tammy has thought of everything. The place has all you need for a comfortable stay, including comfortable beds. Tammy was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was great. It’s very close to the Manatee Viewing Center; which is a must if you are there in the winter. It’s close to several good restaurants including the Sunset Grill, Fins, Circles, The Vineyards (food awesome; service very slow) and Apollo Pizza. Please, make sure you note that neither the Hot Tub nor the Pool is heated. But it does make a great place to sit around and enjoy the weather.

Wonderful stay

Excellent communication

Amazing communication with Tammy thoughout the whole experience of booking, pre and during our stay. The location was exactly where we needed it to be and the house was the perfect size for our family. Only slight difference was the detail stated hot tub, which wasnt working.

Great family getaway for 2 weeks.

Same as last year, beautiful villa, very clean. Loved our stay here. Pool was just nice. Loved fishing from the dock. Will definitely be back.

Great vacation!

The view was beautiful, kayaking was fun, nice pool and the neighbors were amazing! Tammy was on it when the AC stopped working for a little while. Overall great experience.

Amazing

Great location & House

We had a great stay at Tammy's house. Situated in a nice quiet location and the pool area and view from the back is amazing. Neighbours are very friendly and nice walk to a few bar/restaurants. Ideally located as we wanted just outside Tampa and near the beaches and this suited well as about 1hr from both. House was spacious and clean, and has everything you need. Would definitely recommend, if you are thinking of staying here.

Great location

We rented this property to use as a base for house hunting. It was perfect. There were several developments around the area with some great homes. After a day of house hunting, the pool was a wonderful retreat. This house is a very comfortable and relaxing place.

Summer Vacation in Apollo Beach

This was our 2nd stay at this property. It was as perfect this time as it was the first time. The family enjoyed the accommodations (especially the pool and view). I would highly recommend this property!! We’ll be back for a 3rd visit in 2025.

Quick gettaway

Just wonderful ! I have stayed here several times, Tammy has the house in excellent condition and stocked with everything you need and more. The pool and lanie area is wonderful especially at night, if you like to fish she has a good selection of fishing rods and tackle the fishing from the dock is excellent. Tammy is wonderful host any questions i had she responded very quickly i would recommend renting tammys house you will not be disappointed. George

Beautiful house in a fantastic location

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Ideally situated for St Pete’s and gulf coast beaches. The house has everything you need for your vacation. Thank you for the use of the kayaks. Making Memories

What a great place to stay, we had 3 generations together for the week under one roof watching dolphins from the dock, catching fish, kayaking, swimming in the pool, playing board games from the closet. Also lets not forget the neighbors, great welcoming people. We will be back.

Fantastic stay!!

Home was clean and located in a beautiful area!! Tammy was very quick to respond and very kind! We didn’t have to contact her often as we had no issues!! Home is stocked with anything you would need! Wonderful!

The house was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The bedrooms were fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. All of the rooms had comfortable seating, and the great windows for the outside in. The views from the dining room and living room onto the lanai and pool were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay immensely. And we will be back.

Thanksgiving Joy

5 PLUS STARS!!! My family and I (husband and two Adult Children) spent a fabulous time, a full week, at Tammy's House. Great Hostess, Great Communications, (usually less than a hour call back.) She had EVERYTHING. Kitchen had anything you needed to bake,cook, broil, tons of utensils, along with pans, pots, baking dishes etc. to go with it. More than enough Dishes, silverware, just everything!!! Easy access front door, good locks, great lighting!! Close to restaurants, stores, gas stations.WOW!!! House was as pictured in VRBO, beautiful, tastefully decorated, pool super clean, peaceful place to sit out at night and just relax. Plenty of room outside and inside, for when my sister, her husband and my Dad, came to visit. Gorgeous views, quiet, SAFE neighborhood, yet lots of great neighbors. Very Friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We will definitely rent from her again!!!

Very comfortable

There’s no place like home, but you’ll feel right at home here! Very comfortable and welcoming. Not barren and cold as some rental homes can be. Nicely decorated and immaculately clean. Whole house is in order and no clutter! The pool was clean and plenty of room to lounge. Honestly, everything was perfect. No complaints
