The cabin provides over 1600 square foot of living space and sits on 1 acre of land. It provides a fun field atmosphere which provides our guests in home entertainment such as large deck, private swimming pool, free arcade machine with 300 games, Alexa throughout the home, fire pit and BBQ grill. Lots of fenced yard space for kids to run around and have a great time. The home is spacious and is fully equipped to accommodate your long or short term stay. Wifi and TV's in each room is available. Kitchen provides you with all the basic cooking utensils and dining wear. Bathrooms and bedrooms includes towels, body wash, bed sheets, blankets and pillows.
The home is centrally located to many great restaurants, all 3 major highways I-75/I-4 and I-275, University Mall, Tampa Outlet Mall, Wiregrass Mall and Movie Theater. Our home is spacious, clean and is always ready to welcome guest from all backgrounds.
You would be 4 miles away from Busch Gardens and Adventure Islands, 15 minutes from Raymond James Stadium and Amalie Arena. 2 miles from USF and Moffitt Cancer Center and 20 minutes from our famous Ybor city. Beaches such as Davis Island, Honeymoon Island and Ben T Davis are all in the Tampa Bay area. Disney World is only a hop and skip away from our home. 45-50 minutes drive to Walt Disney parks.
Our home is in the suburbs surround by trees and wild life. A quiet local Tampa neighborhood with elderly neighbors. We ask that they are respected and the noise be kept to a minimum. Florida weather is very tropical and with that comes the different critters such as, lizards, frogs, love bugs etc. Being there are many trees around we do expect to see different wild life. Our little Florida nature friends will be outside enjoying the weather with us all.
It's absolutely vital that all doors are kept closed to prevent unwanted critters from coming in and enjoyed your stay with you :) sorry we do not allow parties or events. No more then how many people booked inside the home
