This 2650 sf hidden gem sits on 2.4 acres filled with LIVE OAK trees and beautiful azaleas and camellias(seasonal). Open floor plan with 2 living spaces and HUGE kitchen countertop.

RELAX by the pool(not heated)(SPA/HOT TUB IS NOT FUNCTIONAL), FISH in the pond(bring uryour own gear and beware of GATORS), and expect to see bird species and possibly other critters or even OWLS hooting at night. A VERY COMFORTABLE home!

Well located for all that central Florida has to offer. AIRPORT-22 mi.; Ybor/Downtown-14/15 mi.; Hard Rock CASINO-8 mi.; Busch Gardens-14 mi.; Gulf BEACHES-39 mi.; DISNEY-55 mi.; NASA-105mi; Shopping MALL-9 mi.

Christmas 2024

Our stay was excellent and perfectly suited to my family’s needs during our Christmas trip. The property was clean and well-maintained, with minor roof damage from a previous hurricane that did not impact our stay in any way. My family thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and we would happily stay here again

Great for Sun n Fun Airshow

My son and I stayed for the second time. This place is perfect for SNF, quiet, relaxing and location is only 25-30 min from show center.

A great location with amazing hosts!

We were a large group of 8 adults and needed someplace large enough that we could sleep comfortably, but also sit together in the home. This property delivered on all fronts. With amazing indoor and outdoor spaces we were able to enjoy our stay together. It was close to shopping, restaurants and lots of Tampa’s attractions. Mickey and his team were responsive and truly went above and beyond for us. We would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Tampa!

Contacted owner day of check in as we were arriving early and they responded immediately that we could check in early. That was awesome. Property was as described except that one full bath was out by pool area. February still a little cool to be running outside for a shower. House size was fantastic and place was clean.

Beautiful House and Property - Close to Tampa, Quiet Neighborhood

We truly enjoyed our stay at this house. Plenty of room for the seven of us. The kids enjoyed the pool (pool bathroom was a plus), comfortable living room sofa with television. Adults enjoyed the quiet area, great kitchen, view of the beautiful backyard (big live oaks). Close to Tampa for our adventures to the aquarium, zoo, Ybor, Armature Works, Clearwater, etc. The host was responsive when we had questions. No complaints. It was great and we would recommend.

An amazing place

This house was everything and more! The pictures online were a true description. It was very clean and the layout was awesome. The pool area was really nice. There were 3 couples and we never encountered a lack of space. When I had to contact the property owner, I received a response right away. Everything was up to date and we all enjoyed every amenity. The only negative thing was I had to leave. This was one of the best! Great neighborhood too!

Spacious home, gracious host

This was a wonderful property for our West Coast family members to gather for a nearby wedding ... the beautiful property provided an idyllic Florida setting. We loved sipping coffee in the pool room every morning, and strolling through the private back yard. The host was kind, personable and responsive to all questions and requests. It would have been nice to know that the pool isn't heated (along with the spa), but it wasn't a big issue for us. It also would have been nice to have a full-size coffee maker, some dish soap, and more glassware, but otherwise the kitchen is well appointed and all of the furniture is very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home

Pros: The interior of the home is beautiful and very spacious. The hot water was hot! There were plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. The property and neighborhood were beautiful too.Cons: There was hurricane damage to the roof over the garage and There was a large tarp on the roof. While there wasn’t damage inside, it was still an unpleasant surprise when we arrived since that wasn’t mentioned in the description, Nor did the host mention that when I messaged them with a question prior to my arrival. There wasn’t a book with directions for the house like there are in other rentals. So I felt the need to message the host quite a bit to ask questions about things. There were a few things that didn’t work, some of which were mentioned in the description. Lastly, the cleaning crew arrived an hour before we had to checkout. They Just sat in their car while we were packing. That made us a little uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the roof damage and tarp were just not a great first impression. Probably, had that not been there or maybe if I had know about it before arrival, I would have overlooked the other things. I’m sure

Mixed reviews....

This was my gift to my 86 year old mom, my daughter (who is 8 months pregnant) and my 2 daughter-in-laws. Pros: The house itself is BEAUTIFUL and decorated very nicely. There is a lot of space. Huge kitchen, large family room, bedrooms nice. Cons: We only had one day to swim (our first day) and pool was filthy.Owner walked me through how to get pool vacuum working but said it wouldn't be clean until the next day - which was too late for us as we already had plans. There is a lovely screened in patio but we couldn't sit outside because there were so many mospuitos from holes/open panels in the screen. So this magnificent outdoor space was of no use to us since pool was unswimmable and mosquitoes bothered us so much. Hair was found in some bed linens. Master clost door literally fell on my mom's head when it came off the track when she opened it. Had 2 live roaches which is common in Florida but then I saw a roach trap behind the master bed so evidentally they have a problem of some kind. Finally, and most important - the owner controls the ac. Especially in the evening, the rooms were so hot and there are no ceiling fans. A good quick fix would be to supply floor fans for guests. My pregnant daughter was literally dying from the heat. Overall the house is great However the owner needs to be more proactive when a renter is coming and make sure things are in working order. Also, I was disappointed the owner did not offer some type of refund/discount on the pool situation.

The location was great for us to connect with all our family who lives across central Florida. Great central location for day trips throughout the week. Close to grocery stores for quick trips to grab essentials. A little off the beaten path so sometimes it was a little longer drive to some restaurants but nothing inconvenient, just plan for that with a hungry toddler haha! Great communication and responsiveness from hosts. Check in and check out process was one of the easiest of all the VRBOs we have stayed at which is always helpful when rushing out the door with a toddler in tow! Would 100% rent again if we do a similar family trip next year!

Beautiful home, furnishings, and lot. Everyone loved the layout of the home. Very private and scenic yard. Great kitchen, but could use upgraded pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Would definitely recommend.

Overall nice property, but needs some repairs.

We enjoyed a relaxing time at the property. It is spacious and private. The kids had a blast in the pool. There are minor repairs that need to be done to the home. Two out of the three Publix closest to the property had questionable characters. Your best bet is the Kingsway Publix. Once you are in the neighborhood itself it is nice.
