Paradise at its finest this seven-bedroom Tampa beauty boasts some of the best panoramic views of the Hillsborough River! When you aren't sitting on the home's balcony or deck, gazing out at unforgettable views, get in the water via your boat or the provided kayaks from the dock. When you aren't gliding across the river via watercraft, cast your line to fish, play a yard game, or fire up the barbecue grill for a sweet summer cookout.



Expansive and full of light, the interior of The Roller Coaster River Retreat boasts high ceilings, comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, and continued views. Settle down with your favorite people amongst the soft sofas and Smart TV in the living room, or show off your culinary skills with the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. There are multiple dining spots to gather around when mealtime comes around, ensuring family-style meals can be enjoyed with ease.



With seven bedrooms to choose from, rest assured that everyone will have the space they need to get comfortable. Several of the bedrooms have private balconies, and all of the bedrooms have ceiling fans, private TVs, and high-quality linens.



Let the fun continue in the home's fully-stocked game room, complete with a foosball table, Ping-Pong table, air hockey table, and basketball hoop. An additional Smart TV and couch are available here for movie nights. A private washer/dryer, board games, central air-conditioning, and children's items like baby gates and a Pack-N-Play round out the interior perks.

The house was spacious and the views of the river were lovely. The location is very near Busch Gardens which was very convenient. However, we did encounter several issues. First, I believe that the pictures were a few years old. The walls need a coat of paint and the sofa had a very large stain on it. There were "soft spots" on the balcony on the main floor. When we arrived there was broken glass and trash on the top balcony. While the posting advertises "kayaks", there was one and no lifejackets. Also missing was the fishing gear and board games. The air hockey game was broken in the game room. The toaster only worked if you held the button down. The kitchen was poorly stocked - 3 garbage bags (for 17 people for a week?), no dish liquid or sponges. The pots/pans were dirty and the Teflon scratched. The signage on the toilets that says "no condoms" in toilet - not very family friendly. We did contact Casago several times during our stay. The communication was delayed and scant. I told them I hate to leave bad reviews - so they gave me a "terrible" guest review. Very disappointing.
