We are launching our newest AIRBNB location situated in South Tampa.

This spacious house has been fully renovated specifically to host short-term rental guests. It features many amenities, such as a heated and cooled pool!

Great house for larger families

This is a great house for larger families - lots of beds. The extra touches (like Q-Tips in the bathroom) was a unique bonus. Pool was lovely - be careful of mosquitoes at night! We had 1 maintenance issue (no hot hot water in the main shower) that even though communication was fast and easy, never got resolved. The house is close to main highways to go north to the airport or west to the beaches and lots of food and shopping is nearby.

Wonderful

The house is very clean and the location was perfect for our needs. Close to the grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops. The backyard is great if you are traveling with pets. The pool was very clean and easy to access. The property manager was easy to contact and quick to respond. We will definitely book again when we come to Tampa.

Fantastic family friendly

Absolutely perfect for our needs. Well appointed house ables to accommodate the extended family comfortably while attending a formal military function at the base. Management was fantastically communicative. The price point was much better than had we all gotten separated hotel rooms, and we had a much better time actually staying together.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay very much! This is a great house with plenty of room and a large backyard. The management company is stellar! They are in constant communication about your stay and are readily accessible for all of your needs. Top notch.

Absolutely great stay!!

The house was exactly as described and pictured. There was constant contact and feedback from Emperor Rental. An absolute wonderful stay and experience. We will definitely keep them in mind for our next trip to Tampa.

Excellent Vacation House

Excellent stay

Very clean property, heated pool was a big plus for us during winter. Spacious for kids and beds very comfortable. Property management was great , very quick in responding. We asked for a portable fan and they provided it , Highly recommend this property.

Exactly as pictured

We had a really good experience during our stay. The house is a little small but has been updated beautifully and was well stocked. The open concept made it feel bigger and there was only 4 of us so we had plenty of space. The bedrooms were all large. The backyard with pool was relaxing and heated. The property manager made a point to check in on us to ensure everything was good. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great location away from downtown but still 15 minutes to everything. The house sleeps a lot of people with 2 bathrooms that worked great. Don’t let the outside miss lead you in size. The pool was perfect to get some rays and enjoy some sun or just to cool off. Would definitely look at going back.

Wonderful Tampa Cottage

We had a wonderful stay in this cute cottage that is centrally located with easy access to all tampa has to offer. The house was very clean, well stocked and spacious. The beds are also super comfy. We enjoyed hanging out in the cute back yard and swimming in the heated pool. We were also very happy to be able to bring our dogs with us. The property manager was also very quick to respond to all of our questions. If you are looking for a home to rent in the Tampa area, this little gem is the place

Would stay again

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We wanted to be near the base, so the location was perfect. We had a few issues with the lock code to get in the front door. I hesitate to say it was the fault of the lock because it’s entirely possible it was user error 😁. Each time the property manager was very quick to respond and fix it or remotely open it. It could have been a big problem, but due to their quick, efficient response it was only a very minor issue. They had the house very well stocked. We were on the road a lot during our stay but the house was very well stocked if you are planning to cook meals. They have lots of towels, which was very nice with a house full of people. The beds were comfortable and the house seemed to maintain a comfortable temperature without a problem. We also appreciated that they didn’t expect you to do half the housework before leaving like other places we have stayed. I don’t mind leaving things in good order, but some places expect you to do a bunch of work before you leave out and then also pay for it to be cleaned as well. Overall a great experience! We will definitely try to book again if we are in the area.

Awesome place to stay

This house is awesome. Completely remolded, completely new furniture, new kitchen. We were the first to stay in this rental. There were plenty of beach stairs for everyone. Pool was fantastic. Everyone raved about the shower set up. Yes it may be inland from the beach which was great for us, there are bay side beaches close by and you can drive to miles and miles of beaches with a short drive. Property management was great, took great care of us while we were there. I will not rent from anyone else in Tampa area.
