New construction! luxurious place to stay, consisting of two separate units. Each unit is 2 beds 1 bath. Located just off of 275, close to many of Tampa’s attractions with Busch Gardens and Adventure Island just 5 mins away. A great place for you and your family to stay.

Everything was newly remodeled. The shower was amazing. The host was very quick to come back and respond to questions. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay again if we ever came back to the area.

Stayed here for son’s graduation. Great convenient location to everything. House was clean and well stocked for our family (myself, spouse, teen daughter & elderly grandmother). Host was very responsive to any need- but we had very few. Neighborhood was safe. Backyard and patio were nice to enjoy. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Tampa. Would be EXTREMELY convenient to visit Busch Gardens and Zoo Tampa for littles if you have them, but also convenient and easy to access major thoroughfares to anywhere in the Tampa/ Clearwater area.

House very clean but wasn’t told it was s duplex and the sound from the other apartment to loud. TV was terrible with no major networks. Neighborhood a little shakey.

The property met our needs as a comfortable, clean place to stay for a few days while we went to a workshop at USF. However, our issues arose at check-in. We tried several times to get the door code to work, taking over an hour and multiple calls to the host. Finally, he mentioned that the door to the unit was on the side of the house. There was a front unit with its own door on the front. And that fact was not in the check-in instructions. In addition, the host was very condescending while repeating "read the instructions" when he had left out a key fact.

The place was very clean however they say he was not working and both nights it was 78-80 degrees. Had to buy a box fans and leave them there because we were flying out. The owner did come by, but was not able to do anything.Also it would be nice to get some decent pillows that would really make it a lot better instead of flat old pillows. old pillows do not equate to luxurious.

Wayyyy better than a hotel room!

There is ample, off street parking. A two bedroom “apartment” feel that is very clean. It is easy to get from the property to the interstate for travel.
