Kids loved the pool

The house was in a nice area, close to airport, restaurants and shopping. The kids LOVED the pool, which was large, and wanted to spend all their time in it. There was plenty of room inside for the 7 of us.

A great home

We stayed at this property for a wedding. We had several family members stay with us. The house was plenty large enough with an incredible outdoor space! We would highly recommend this house. Close to all beach activities, but enough at the home to stay and enjoy the day!

Great location that was in the middle of Tropicana field and Busch Gardens. The listen was as discribed and our 6 year old loved that they have a PlayStation with baseball games!

Golf getaway

Our group of friends have been going to Florida for golf trip for last 7 years. We’ve stayed at multiple places and by far this is the best we’ve stayed at. Location was central to all the courses we played at. It’s 5 min to Walmart and Publix. Neighbourhood felt secure. The property was clean and well managed. We will definitely come back here the next time we are Tampa.

Co-workers enjoying Tampa before going on a cruise

We decided to visit Tampa before we went on a cruise for spring break. We stayed at the house which was great. Great communication with the owner. All questions were answered in a timely manner. We didn’t use the pool because it was just a bit too cold. The weather wasn’t the best but we did enjoy sitting outside by the pool.

Carlos had quick responses to any questions. Very clean and well furnished. Perfect location next to George Steinbrenner field and to airport. Outside entertaining area awesome. Only downside was non- heated pool. Kids and adults could not use first few days of March.

Golf Trip!

House was in really good condition and had plenty of room for the four of us. The outdoor area was awesome for hanging out and watching football. One recommendation: get some mattress toppers for a little bit softer beds. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would go back!

Comfy stay in Tampa

Carlos’s property was exactly as shown in the pictures. His communication with us was great! The outside area by the pool is amazing! It was a little chilly and windy during our stay so we didn’t get to use the pool or outdoor kitchen much. All the essentials were provided and our families were very comfortable. The location is great too! Close to shopping and to go to Busch Gardens! I would highly recommend Carlos’s place.

Nice house and pool. I do believe someone lives in the garage but I only saw them once (maybe a traveling nurse) when she was entering her place. There is no entry from the home to the garage/property where the other person was staying

The property was clean as advertised. The neighborhood was quit. My only issue was one of the parking spots in front of the house was roped off and a unknown car not affiliated with are party was parked there. This caused minor discomfort considering it was 4 of us and we had 3 cars. Overall great spot would recommend.

Nice place in Tampa

This was a great spot for a girls weekend. Lots of space. Pool and outdoor area were amazing! Microwave & stove were a little difficult to figure out, but we got it. Only 1 hairdryer for 3 bathrooms is our only complaint. But really no big deal. No reflection on the property, but we did not realize how spread out Tampa is. This location was not walkable to anything of note, but was a very easy Uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go.
