Great little studio

My husband and I had a brief stay at this great little studio before catching a cruise. It is clean and has everything you need for overnight or a longer stay. The area is quite and safe. Behind the fence is a small pond/lake with birds.

Quiet, inexpensive place to stay. Easy check in and out. It’s near the airport, but the planes didn’t bother us at all. Had great size fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker and dishes. The only thing missing was clothes hangers. Very nice host.

Everything was great. I just wish the bed wasn't as soft. It was a good bed I just have a back problem and I need a stiff mattress other than that no complaints at all. Next time i come back to Tampa Bay I would stay there again

Considering mynstay was pretty much right after the hurricane, the property was in decent shaoe. Cleanliness was good and what the property offered was a good value for thr price. Quick getaway.

Perfect if you plan only to sleep in the room. Bed was way too soft for our preference and too small as we are used to a king. No chair to relax in to watch TV or work on laptop. Place was quiet and with not a lot of natural light so very easy to sleep in. Very clean, secure private courtyard.

This was an adorable room, with many small considerations provided for guests. In that regard, and in terms of cleanliness, this location is superior to most hotel stays. It's also significantly less expensive to stay at this location. The guest room is near a duck pond, which made for pleasant ambiance on the patio. Even on the patio, we enjoyed privacy and security during our stay. The hosts are friendly, too. Thank you!

Better than appears.

For what I needed, this was better than expected. They should post more photos since it felt like I was taking a chance. A photo of the bathroom and kitchen area would help people make a better decision in what their looking for. Very clean and big enough for one or two people.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property. It was so beautiful. We came down for my husband’s birthday to see his sister. We both work late nights and had worked the night before we left and had a very early morning flight. So when we arrived we were really tired. I reached out and asked if it were possible could we check in early and within an hour of me asking we were told the room was ready for us. The first night we were a little cold in the room and I didn’t want to bother them in the middle of the night. So the next night I had reached out to them and they brought us an extra blanket and a portable heater within minutes of me reaching out to them. By us having family in the area we plan on coming down more and will definitely be booking again at this property.

Comfortable Hideaway

In an older neighborhood, this studio offered a comfortable bed & coffee for the coffeemaker, 2 things imperative to a travel nurses' life. Parking is available as is a private entrance. A little garden courtyard is yours to enjoy as well. Well decorated, the studio is conducive to rest. It is worth a return visit.

Great place for visiting Tampa

Wonderful place to stay. Very homey and in a quite neighbourhood. Room has everything one might need from kitchen dishes, a coffee maker, to a mini fridge and freezer. As well as towels, soap, bedding, and closet space for clothes. Space is about that of a studio apartment and is perfect for a vacation stay or a temporary place for work travel. Definitely recommend staying here.
