We had a 6 night stay to visit family in Wesley Chapel. This property in Saddlebrook was an excellent hotel alternative. My husband and I shared the queen suite and my adult children stayed in the second room (a queen). The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and each room had an enormous television. Parking was super convenient - right in front of the building. There is even a little patio space off of the unit (located facing a golf course) to sit and enjoy our coffee. So happy that we lucked out with this property.

Nice gated property and easy to check in. Convenient location in North Tampa. About 1/2 hour to downtown with much less traffic. Plenty of food/grocery options and unit has sufficient kitchen supplies.

We stayed for almost a month and it was like being at home. We enjoyed the location as it was near many friends. We hope to come back in the future.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It had everything on site as described. It was very clean, comfortable beds, quiet, easy access to everything (shops, golf, pickleball, cycling). We were there for 44 days. If we had an inquiry, Rich would answer within minutes. We truly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay there again in the future if we went in the same area.

The property is perfect....lovely, and peaceful, with privacy. Just what I needed. All of the provisions required were provided. My contacts with the Owner and Property Manager were excellent...and always with a very timely response. I am returning to this property, for an extended stay, in April of this year.

The rental process with VRBO was positive. The condo didn’t have adequate towels, there was no iron and the ironing board was broken. We wish there had been directions to use the television. The outdoor patio furniture looked nice in the pictures but was stained with mildew.

We were in town visiting family and we wanted our own space to sleep and for me to work out of during the day. The place worked perfectly for this. We had a number of exchanges with the host and the response times were usually in seconds... not even minutes. They were also very accommodating of our requests.

All was well. Very clean and as described.Had small issue with cable, customer service by owner was immediate and remedied. Certainly would recommend to others and would love to rent again in the future.
