Bonus: it’s literally across the street from Pete’s Bagels.

For your convenience, we offer keyless entry so you can arrive anytime after 4pm and settle in comfortably at your own pace. Plus, just a short drive away is Armature Works, a trendy waterfront market with great food vendors, drinks, and live events.

The home is tucked away on a quiet, residential street with friendly neighbors, offering a safe and peaceful environment. While Ybor is known for its lively nightlife, this street stays calm and low-key—perfect for relaxing evenings. Families and solo travelers alike can feel comfortable here, with the nightlife scene just a short walk away, so late-night noise is focused there rather than right outside your door.

Guests will have self-check-in with a smart lock for easy, flexible arrival. The home has free street parking available, and we provide a parking pass for up to 2 vehicles—just share your vehicles make/model and license plate numbers when booking, and we’ll set it up for you. You're also just a short walk from the TECO Line Streetcar’s Centro Ybor station. This free trolley connects Ybor City with Downtown Tampa and the Channelside District, making it easy and fun to explore popular spots without a car. It runs frequently throughout the day and evening, so you can hop on and off as you like to enjoy Tampa’s best dining, entertainment, and waterfront areas.

This shotgun-style bungalow is everything we love about Ybor: a mix of old-world charm and eclectic Spanish-inspired design, with modern updates that make longer stays a breeze. Relax on the screened-in front porch with your morning coffee or unwind in the backyard, complete with string lights, lush plants, and an outdoor shower—perfect after a day of exploring.

Inside, the layout flows from a cozy living area with a Smart TV, through both private queen bedrooms (separated by doors and with their own closets and dressers), to a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, a large fridge, complimentary coffee, and all the essentials. At the back of the home, enjoy a classic clawfoot tub in the bathroom—perfect for a soak after a night out on 7th Ave.

Walk just 2 blocks to Tampa’s most iconic spots—restaurants, bars, local coffee shops, vintage stores, and weekend events. We’re right across the street from Pete’s Bagels, one of our favorite neighborhood gems (seriously, best coffee ever). Don’t skip The Columbia Restaurant while you’re here—Florida’s oldest, and still run by the founding family.

𖤓 This home is part of a split duplex. The neighboring unit is occupied by a long-term tenant who is very quiet and respectful. On occasion, she teaches violin lessons in the afternoon, but this should not cause any disruption.
𖤓 While the home is just two blocks from lively 7th Avenue, it’s generally quiet at night and noise is rarely an issue. That said, if you’re a light sleeper or highly sensitive to sound, please keep in mind that being close to the action can occasionally bring some ambient city noise—or the occasional rooster, a quirky signature of the Ybor area!
𖤓 We’re pet-friendly and just steps from Pete’s Bagels, which has a dog-friendly patio—and right next door, a brand-new, well-maintained dog park where your pup can play and explore.
𖤓 This is a historic home, so expect a bit of character—like original floors and a classic layout—but everything is clean, thoughtfully maintained, and designed with comfort in mind.
𖤓 There are 5 steps to access front door, however, no stairs inside—everything is on one level.

We had a great stay in this little bungalo. It was clean, and well equipped with kitchen and homeware accessories. The outdoor shower had great water pressure and pleanty of hot water. It was within walking distance to historic Ybor City, and there is a good bagel shop right across the street. The property manager is a good communicator and a pleasure to work with.
