「It is a nice hotel but over priced since it tries to be a luxury hotel but does not have the attention to detail that a luxury hotel would have. The walls are dirty and in need of a coat of paint. The staff was very helpful. 」

「The property matched the images online, was clean, and had efficient A/C. Breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff at the front desk were welcoming. However, I encountered an issue with the owner, who insisted on payment despite having paid online. Although Expedia refunded me, the additional charges were unexpected and higher than agreed upon. I believe the owner should have addressed this with Expedia rather than burdening me, the guest. Due to this experience, I won't be returning and advise...

「Although the overall maintenance had not been complete, they were working on it, and I remarked to the manager that he must be a hell of a businessman to have kept things going as well as he did with the hit they took from reduced revenue during Covid. Tourism was greatly reduced by covid restrictions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and easy to talk to, and always helpful, even running errands if needed. It may only a one-star hotel, but I would stay there again if travelling to Tamale....

「This hotel is just outside of the central area of Tamale. It will accommodate basic needs only. There were issues such as the air conditioning pipe draining into the bathroom sink next door, and the shower not working properly. But for the area, I suppose it's normal. 」

Ich musste die gebuchten 5 Tage nochmal vor Ort bezahlen. Dann Bezahle ich ale Zweitage 50 Cidis für den Wi-FI Dass auf der Webseite, kostenlos sein sollte. Nun hoffe das sie...
