Rooms were tired, for a ‘spa hotel’ it lacked the basics. Staff largely v inexperienced to the point of rudeness. Despite staying 2 nights and having spent my Saturday at hospital with my v sick father, they refused to let me have dinner as I’d not booked Will not go back!

The room had a lot of dust on the shower rail. The sofa on lifting up the cushions it had a great deal of crumbs underneath with finger nail cuttings. Felt rushed and chaotic. Our room was already prepaid but told it wasn’t and was rushed into paying again (refund still not gone through). Owner apologised for the staff member mistake and a refund has been attempted.
