A great modern hotel I’m a super location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean and fresh. Excellent facilities and a lovely breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!

Recently renovated so everything is in good condition. We would have appreciated the receptionist telling us about breakfast time and place but found the info in the room. Breakfast restaurant was nicely calm (maybe because it was January?).

Kaikki sujui hyvin. Ainoastaan vastasnottovirkailija ei aluksi tiennyt että hotellimajoituksestakin saa "Tallink pisteitä", mutta toinen virkailija neuvoi häntä ja saatiin asia kuntoon. Aamupalalla pekonit oli liikaa käristettyjä mustia ja kuivia. Rauhallista! Kumimatot haisivat eteisestä voimakkaasti baarin puolelle asti.

Super hieno hotelli,moderni,Rituals shampoot ja suihkusaippuat ,saunaosasto oli ainut miinus 3sta saunasta 1 toimi niin että tuli löylyä.

You had me at laundry room
We booked this hotel for two adults and two children for three nights. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. Pros: The bathroom was also a dry room which allowed our heavy winter clothes to dry overnight. The hotel also has a laundry room which has a washing machine and detergent which was a life saver as we are travelling with two children for 3 weeks so this was extremely helpful to stay on top of the laundry and keep clothes fresh and clean. The hotel is also very local and walking distance to all the main attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There are only a couple of cons: The water pressure in our bathroom was quite low, bath towels were a bit small.

En tuntenut itseäni tervetulleeksi
Siisti hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Aamiainen hyvä ja runsas. Henkilöstö hieman ynseää, palveluasenne ei oikein näkynyt toiminnassa. Huonetta ei käyty siivoamassa koko vierailun aikana. Hissikapasiteetti täysin alimitoitettu näin isoon hotelliin ja vielä pahimpaan ruuhka-aikaan hotelli oli päättänyt kuljettaa tuoleja kahdella hissillä ja asiakkaat jonottivat. Rentoutumisosasto ei o ollut kovin kummoinen ja niistäkin kolmesta saunasta vain kaksi oli käytössä, mutta tätä ei kerrottu varauksen yhteydessä asiakaspalvelussa. Puitteet sinällään kunnossa, siisti ja remontoitu hotelli, mutta jotenkin kokemus pystyttiin kokonaisuudessaan tyrimään - et tuntenut itseäsi tervetulleeksi.
