旧市街に近く便利

旧市街に近く、交通の便も悪くありません。部屋にポットがあれば良いなと思ったことと、カップを洗っていない等、掃除がイマイチだった点以外は概ね満足です。

サウナ付きの部屋にしました。よかったです。夕食もホテルのレストランで食べました。とてもおいしかったです。

３人で泊まるのに、十分な広さの部屋を用意してくれて、快適に過ごせました。空調も快適で操作も簡単。照明も明るくて良し。朝ごはんもすべて美味しい。

まあまあ。

アレキサンドル大聖堂には少し長い坂道を上がっていけばすぐの立地。普通のタイプの部屋。清潔感があり、くつろげるソファもあったが、ポットは無かった。チェックイン時に20ユーロ追加でアップグレードできるが、と聞かれたが、そもそも65ユーロくらいの部屋なのであまり意味がないと思った。ポッド等はそちらについているらしい。シャワーとトイレの区切りが一枚のガラスで幅が足りておらず、床がびしょびしょになった。ベッドはゆったりと眠れる広さで十分。朝食もサラダ、チーズ、ハムなど種類は十分。数種類のベリーが入ったソースをヨーグルトに入れて食べたが美味しかった。

狭さ感じず

屋根裏部屋のような斜めになった天井や小さな窓なので狭いかと思っていましたが、圧迫感はなく、Wベッドで、東京のビジネスホテルよりも部屋も広くシャワールームが明るく清潔でした。

便利で快適なホテル

旧市街やどこに行くにも徒歩圏内で便利で落ち着いた場所。タクシードライバーもみんな知ってた。設備も新しく申し分ない。オススメです。

掃除が雑

暖房がそれほど効いていない中、皆さんコートを着たまま朝食会場に。同僚のみが脱がないと入れてやらないと理不尽理不尽。他者にも言ったのかと食い下がると忙しいからと訳わからん風呂も掃除してないしひどすぎ

旧市内に近いホテル。駐車場もあり便利。

部屋は浴槽もあり、湯量も多く快適です。また、言葉が不自由でもホテル従業員は皆さんとても親切でした。何をお願いしても快く対応していただきました。

・部屋がきれい・知名度はあるようで、タクシー運転手に「エルミタージュ」といえば大体通じる・トームペアまで坂を登ってすぐの場所にあるが、旧市街の下町側へ少し遠い

The position of the Hotel is within 5 minutes walk of the old town of Tallin which is a great plus. I can't fault the hotel in any way & would happily go back if the occasion arises. Great room with super bathroom & great breakfast.

An sich ganz okay. Für vier Stern konnte besser sein. Frühstück ausreichend, gute Kaffee und Cappuccino. Wahrscheinliche zu wenig Personal in der Küche, tierische waren voll mit schmutziger Geschirr. Wurde nicht aufgeräumt. Im Zimmer kann man nicht Fenster aufmachen.

Nice breakfast, central location, clean. Drawbacks: block 50€ for minibar use unexpectedly. Please check your magnetic cards work well, even Receptionist could open the door from the first attempt.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Leider sind die Matratzen ziemlich durchgelegen und die Putzfrau tauschte benutzte Gläser und Tassen auf dem Zimmer nicht.

Das Fenster konnte nur gekippt werden und fiel dennoch immer wieder zu. Zimmer war leider überhaupt keine gute Luft. Zudem ließ sich die Heizung nicht ausschalten sodass die Luft sehr trocken war. Ansonsten gut gelegen und und freundliches Personal.

We had a good experience overall with friendly and proffesional staff, good cleaning and a breakfast with everything you would expect. I would have appreciated better coffee at the breakfast (the machine coffee was very bitter), as well as perfumed shower gel instead of one with no scent which felt unnessecaroly dull. Other than that, we had a great experience at the hotel, which was within walking distance to everywhere we wished to go during our stay.

Hyvä hotelli vanhakaupungin laidalla

Hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla liikenneyhteyksien ja vanhakaupungin tuntumassa. Vastaanotossa minua ei heti huomioitu, ja jouduin odottamaan ainoan virkailijan vapautumista hieman. Vuoroni tultua palvelu oli kuitenkin ystävällistä. Yhden henkilön huone on mukava, ja työpöytä kätevä lisä. Näkymä seinänkorkuisesta ikkunasta oli hieno, ja pimennysverho varmisti hyvät yöunet. Siistissä kylpyhuoneessa oli kaikki tarvittavat hyödyt hoitoainetta lukuunottamatta, mikä ei tosin ole Virossa poikkeuksellista.
