Relaxing, quiet hotel

We spent eight days here and enjoyed every minute. The staff are friendly and the hotel is quietly located right on a great Sandy beach, with a few family run restaurants close by. They offer a free shuttle bus to the town if you need variety.

Ich mag die Lage des Hotels. Ruhig gelegen, abseits vom Zentrum und Orten, an denen es riesige Hotels gibt. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass es sich um ein mittelgroßes Hotel handelt. der Strand, die Umgebung, alles macht mich glücklich, hierher zurückzukehren. jemand, der einen Ort abseits des Zentrums sucht, wird zufrieden sein.

Wie immer wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren zum 6.mal hier und was soll ich sagen, wieder wunderbar, toller Strand, keine Animation, volle Entspannung und wenn man es etwas Trubel haben möchte, fährt man mit dem Roller zum Treiben

Super-gerne wieder

Wunderschönes Hotel direkt am fast einsamen Strand. Das einzige was nervt, sind die Touristen, die bereits morgens um 6 die strandliegen reservieren, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nix. Personal, Zimmer, Sauberkeit und Beachbar sind fantastisch……jederzeit wieder.

Die Anlage ist grundsätzlich sehr schön. Allerdings in vielen Bereichen in die Jahre gekommen. Die große Lobby ist lieblos, ebenso wie der Empfang bei der Ankunft! Ich hatte während der 3 Wochen zweimal eine Bitte bei den Herren in der Lobby adressiert, welche jeweils prompt erledigt wurden. Das Deluxe Zimmer war sehr groß. Die Sauberkeit war gerade noch OK. Beim Säubern wurden Einrichtungsgegenstände nie bewegt und unter Schreibtisch Bett etc. wurde schon längern nicht gereinigt! Fast zwei Wochen wurde nie feucht gewicht. Nachdem ich das reklamiert hatte, wurde jeden Tag gewischt. Die Betten/Kissen waren uns zu hart. Auf Anfrage erhielten wir aber einen zusätzlichen Topper und weichere Kissen - so war es dann OK. Das Personal beim Frühstück war größtenteils unaufmerksam/uninteressiert. Eine Ausnahme war die junge Dame, welche die Eier zubereitet. Die Kellner am Strand bringen auf Wunsch Getränke/Essen zu den Liegen. Das Abräumen ist aber offensichtlich unter ihrem Niveau! Und leider war es für viele der Gäste auch keine selbstverständlich, ihre Liegen in ordentlichem Zustand zu verlassen!! Ich möchte niemanden zu Nahe treten, muss aber sagen, dass ein Großteil der Gäste eine besondere Clientel darstellte. Da wurden morgens schon die Liegen reserviert, die besten Polster zusammengesucht (viele haben sich gleich zwei davon gegönnt) und selbst Schattenplätze mit mehreren Schirmen ausgestattet! Egoismus pur!!

Der Empfang an der Rezeption ist sehr kühl und geschäftsmäßig, als Gast fühlte man sich nicht willkommen, im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotels in Thailand. Die Hotelanlage ist im Ganzen ungepflegt, wobei die Blumenbeete schön aussehen. Die Wasseranlagen ( Teiche) vermodert und die Mücken fühlen sich dort wohl.Das Haupthaus verwahrlost, offene Rohrleitungen, Müll , Insektenstraßen usw. Zimmer verwohnt , Möbel alt, dreckig und kaputt, Klimaanlage sehr laut und Wasserlachen, Kakerlaken im Zimmer, Terassentüren schließen nicht, so dass Insekten ungehindert ins Zimmer kommen. kaputt. Frühstück einseitig, das Geschirr wird mit Hilfe von Wäschekörben abtransportiert.Strandliegen sehr alt und die Auflagen kaputt , so dass es teilweise sehr unbequem war darauf zu liegen. Auf Nachfrage ein anderes Zimmer zu erhalten, ist uns eines unterm Dach( 4 Etagen ) in einem noch schlimmeren Zustand angeboten worden.Der Strand ist sehr schön und das Essen Restaurant ist schmackhaft. am Strand .Dies haben wir abgelehnt und haben uns nach zwei fast schlaflosen Nächten ein anderes Hotel gebucht. 3 Sterne für dieses Hotel zu vergeben sind 2 zuviel. Preis Leisungs Verhältnis passt da überhaupt nicht. Vor Ort Expedia kostenlos und am Wochenende zu erreichen , ist nicht möglich. Wir hatten auf Hilfe gehofft.

I loved this hotel even more than all the luxury properties I've stayed at. Low key, on an almost empty beach, Khao Lak is suffering because of covid. The service was excellent. I believe I got a fantastic deal and ended up staying there for two weeks instead of the planned two days. It's the sort of place where everyone is extremely kind and smiling. They are traditional about the way they upkeep the property. I didn't see one vacuum cleaner the whole time I was there. They swept the floors. Somehow it was one of the cleanest properties I have ever seen in my life. Food is not fantastic for the price but there is a local restaurant called Be Friend right next to the property on the beach which is EXCELLENT, and relatively cheap. Breakfast was average. It is an unbelievable deal for the area. I couldn't believe it. This is what I was hoping to find in Thailand. Many thanks to the staff.

Urlaub wie im Paradies

Toller Urlaub, sind ja auch Wiederholungstäter, wie viele andere hier. Super Strand und eine Ruhe und wenn man etwas Trubel haben möchte dann hat man das auch in der Nähe. Zimmer großzügig.

Einfach und friedlich - genau wie es uns gefällt

Alles war insgesamt ganz wunderbar. Die Anlage ist ein Traum. Die Lage sowieso. Eigentlich möchte ich das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, aber zu bemängeln sind leider die Klimageräte. Die sind einfach zu laut. Ich denke man muss sie erneuern. Wir könnten nachts sehr schlecht schlafen, weil das Klimagerät der Nachbarn die ganze Nacht durchgehend im Einsatz war. Die Bungalows haben neuere (leisere) Klimageräte.

Alles war ausgezeichnet. Die Aussenanlage ist Atemberaubend die Gebäude etwas älter aber ganz okey. Gestört hat mich nur dies wo mich in jedem Hotel stört sind die Hotelgäste die morgens um 4 Uhr bereits die Liegestühle besetzen gehen. Aber was soll's für die einen ist dies wichtig die anderen nehmen halt was übrig bleibt.

Einfach klasse

Etwas wenig abwechslungsreiches Frühstück z.B. kein kuchen oder Nutella ... Essen im Restaurant klasse. Wir waren voll zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind groß und schön, die Anlage ist super und der Strand einfach spitze. Das hotel ist eher klein und dadurch nie überfüllt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Slitet 3 stjärnigt hotell med bra läge. Vi hade ett deluxe jacuzzi rum - stort och rymligt för 3 personer. Fantastisk utsikt från den stora terassen. sängarna var stenhårda tyvärr. Vi är mest besvikna på frukosten, fanns ingen variation, samma varje dag. Trist att inte få äta av Thailands alla frukter.

Authentisch, direkt am Meer, riesiges Zimmer im Haupthaus, super Blick über die Anlage bis zum Meer, Frühstück alles was man braucht, ausreichend Liegen und Schirme die dann auch vom Personal für dich umgestellt werden. Moped direkt beim Hotel buchen, ist günstiger und war ziemlich neu. Super Lage, riesiger Strand, mit nicht viel Menschen. Hat uns super gefallen Danke von Ramona und Jens

Wonderful stay.

Had a great stay here. Firendly and very service minded staff. Hotel is not new but well kept and maintained. We had a simple but large room towards the nice garden. Food at restaurant was great. Beautiful beach and not at all crowded.
