湖などの観光地へは遠いが、周囲は新しく開発されたショッピングセンターもあり、便利。ホテルは、最低限の設備だが、清潔でよかった。

The hotel is clean and situated next to the Mall and Tesco, which is convenient. The room is big and the bed very comfortable. The down side is that the KTV Lounge downstairs play very loud music which can be heard all the way up the upper floors where I was. This is not the fault of the hotel itself, but the consequence of its location being at the periphery of Taiping town and residential areas.

Taiping short trip

Nice & comfortable with lots of foodcourt & shopping complexes around. Only complain is the hotel room bedside light is missing.

family stay. 2 adults 2 kids 1 baby

pros 1) really like the idea of no kettle provided in d room, cold/hot drinking water provided at the corridor (sharing) 2) located in front of tesco. a lot of choice for meal, last minute shopping, guardian, watsons etc 3) hotel is near pubs. but no noise once ur inside ur room 4) family room is spacious enough 5) sweets n refreshment provided at lobby 6) stayed during 3rd day raya (friday), checkout sunday. n yet the place is not crowded. cons 1) google map bring us to wrong road 2) hotel building not enough lights. at night cant see the logo Tunes hotel on the bulding. 3) the bed is too high for toddlers n baby 4) bedsheet got stains 5) no indoor activity for family ie playground, swimming pool, karaoke lounge (or not that i'm aware off)

Comfortable and affordable hotel to stay in Taiping. Around 3km to every tourist attraction in Taiping. Walking distance to nearby amenities.

Nice location. Eateries (non halal) just next to Hotel. Room very basic. Though price is reasonable but I would expect at that price, at least there would be a tissue box in the room. No wardrobe available. Water dispenser on my floor which is convenient. The issue that will make me think twice of coming back is the noise level. Sound barrier is not good at all. Could not get a good night sleep because of noise coming from guest at the floor lobby and next door room

Good 1 night stay in Taiping

Good stay, room was clean and neat. The size is just nice if you're only planning to stay for the night and not to remain in the room during the day. Nice and clean attached bathroom with good water pressure and water heater. Mall (Taiping Sentral Mall) and Tesco just across the road. Would stay here again if visiting Taiping again in the future.

Hotel bedsheet were stained with coffee & domino/pizza hut delivery number. Lift were bad, need to press the button very hard. I always go for Tune Taiping, hope the management will fix the lift soon and also to check all the bedsheet.

Great hot shower

The room was comfortable, the hot shower was the best experienced ever. The only thing we were not happy about was the tv, we can’t changed the tv channel. We tried calling the front desk many times but no one answers.

We were transferred to another hotel due to an electrical trip at the Tune Hotel. So I have not experience the hotel. But the hotel we were transferred at was just fine.

No fully satisfied

Overall the stay was acceptable. My only complain was the internet was miserable. It's down and cannot connect. This happens quite often and no improvement.
