Hotel staff were generally very helpful and polite.
I was disappointed by the breakfast as there was little for non-Asian guests. Toast, cold eggs (very soft boiled) and empty platters of fruit.
The “restaurant” only had large round tables for 8 people-not ideal for solo travellers.
There was nowhere to change/freshen up for a late flight and no late check-out.
No safe in the rooms so be mindful of any valuables you may have.
There is a small fridge which was very useful.
Bed was very comfy, and the black-out curtains much needed.
There were small flying creatures in the bathroom until I purchased a plug-in. They were not mosquitoes.
The carpets in the corridors are rather tired and when the elevator doors open there is an awful unwelcoming smell.
