Taichung Intercontinental Baseball Stadium

No traditional reception. Check-in is very late at 8 pm which we didn’t get any information about when booking on hotels.com! We made the booking for three nights on hotels.com and an employee asked us to pay extra, even if everything was included when booking. But after a lot of talk they admitted they were wrong! What a mess! Breakfast not very tasty but included. A motel? No, a KTV building with a lot of noise until midnight :(

Nice hotel in a great area. Rooms are clean and functional and hotel located along a scenic canal/river. Shops close-by and within 15minute walk to Feng Chia Night Market. Check-in/out easy with helpful staff to help.

Love the hotel. especially the staff. The entrance and lobby are grand, and the front desk staff was so nice; not one, but two staff members came to open doors from our Uber with big, friendly smiles. All the staff are well-trained, very nice, and friendly. The restaurant is a must-go, and guests should definitely opt for the breakfast package. I have never seen so many options for an all-you-can-eat hotel breakfast. It is a full-scale restaurant, not a typical hotel breakfast, and you won't mind spending 2 hours there. The food quality is very good, and the restaurant staff work very hard to keep the tables clean and the food refilled. The hot spring experience is also amazing and very spacious. I personally like Taipei more, but I will go back to Taichung just because of Freshfields. I cannot wait to go back. Oh, I also loved my room, the in-room hot spring bathtubs, which was very spacious. The only thing I wish you could improve is to add a real, full-size computer desk, the bar style desk is too small, as I need a real desk to work. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We will be back soon. Thank you again. We will come back.
