口コミの評価はあまり良くなかったですが、実際にはとてもいいホテルでした。 何よりタコマドームのすぐとなりなので、イベント参加にとても便利でした。 イベント終了後には大渋滞の中、歩いてすぐにホテルに帰ってゆっくりできて最高でした。

The entire hotel was being remodeled and I'm fairly certain I was one of three people staying there. Signs everywhere saying the lobby was closed and it wasn't, but it looked closed as there was retiling and painting and an entire remodel going on. Had to step over freshly laid tiles and construction workers to get anywhere from the elevator out of the front door. Everything smelled of paint. About four hours into checking in, they switched WiFi networks with no warning and when I went down and asked they gave me the new WiFi, which wasn't strong enough to reach the fifth floor where I was staying. They either should have canceled my reservation or offered me a discount or something because it was not inviting and nothing was done to amend that.

Dear Expedia, Comfort Inn, Comfort Inn Tacoma Dome, My name is Mickey Gunter and I booked a stay with the Comfort Inn at the Tacoma from May 31 – June 1 through Expedia. When I arrived I saw that the hotel was undergoing some renovation. However, I wasn’t prepared for the level of work that was being done. The lobby was completely empty except for one front desk person, several construction workers, and some very loud music. I checked in around 5:30 PM and went to me room. Once in my room, continued to hear banging from the work being done outside the building. I ordered food through Uber Eats and went down to meet my delivery driver at 7:00 PM. As I went through the lobby, I saw a sign saying it was closed and that people needed to enter through the side. The front desk person was no longer there, but the construction workers and their music still was. Because there were construction vehicles blocking the hotel entrance, I had to meet my driver on the street below. I went back up to the room and called the front desk. Several rings later, someone picked up and asked what do I need to about breakfast in the morning. I was told that there would be to go bags in the morning. Before I started to eat, I turned on the TV, which was not working so I tried to call the front desk again. This time it rang about ten times and no one picked up. I just decided to go to bed. There’s a lot more but I ran out of room. I also have video.

It was under construction the night I was there. The elevator was not avaliable to use from the parking garage and the door to the stairs was locked.

They were in the middle of remodeling when we stayed there. Many of the facilities were available. We did not use the underground parking so I can't speak to that. If you're going to see an event at the Tacoma Dome, it is easily walkable. If you want West African food, Coco Grill is easily walkable. The catch is, though, the hotel is across the street from a methadone clinic. It isn't the hotel's fault, but it is something to consider.

I was in town with my adult daughter and her newborn son. When I arrived to check in, I was told that the elevator was out of order and the lowest guest room was on the 3rd floor. Not great news for a grandma with bad knees and plenty of baby items to carry up a very sketchy, cold, halfway outdoor stairwell. The streets of the hotel were surrounded by homeless in broken down vehicles and people standing right next to the security gate. Had I known about the renovations and the elevator when I booked, I would not have stayed here.

This hotel is under remodeling construction (in February 2025). The elevators were not in service. The room could have been better vacuumed. Bathroom was clean. Had to walk to the main desk and ask for an extra blanket and how to get the TV to work. It did work with a few fuzzy channels. Breakfast was nice. Staff were helpful and pleasant. They called us 2 days before our arrival to ask if we wanted to cancel because of no elevator, but there were not other places available on such short notice. It worked out fine for us because we were on the 3rd floor, able to navigate the stairs and laugh about the circumstance we were in.

Just not good

The breakfast and free parking were good. The rest was awful. No elevator and the places you walked through to get to the rooms were places no guest should ever know existed. Mattresses and old furniture stacked to the ceiling, coffee cups littered everywhere. Stairwells full of garbage and discarded ironing boards and luggage racks in a heap. Stairs were half outside and 6 flights of stairs to get to the lobby was exhausting. Not appealing and nothing as advertised. Except breakfast, breakfast was great. Rooms were mediocre with many issues in upkeep.
