PESIMO LLEGUE DESDE CHILE CON MI GRUPO FAMILIAR Y RESULTA QUE EL ENCARGADO ME ADUCE QUE LAMENTABLEMENTE NO LE HABIA LLEGADO LA RESERVA Y YO MOSTRANDO MI CELULAR EN DONDE SALIA LA CONFIRMACION DE LOS 6 DIAS EN TACNA, TUVE QUE BLOQUEAR LA TARJETA INMEDIATAMENTE. DESPUES REVISANDO ME ENTERO QUE NO ERA EL UNICO TURISTA QUE LE HABIA PASADO LO MISMO.

Una pésima experiencia

Este lugar es un desastre.Llegamos y nadie tenía conocimiento de nuestra reserva.Después de un rato ubicaron al dueño y nos entregaron una habitación mal oliente y sucia.No tenían llaves de la habitación por lo que nos pidieron dejar las cosas y se comprometieron a entregarnos las llaves más tarde.Aceptamos y pedimos que limpiaron la habitación.Salimos a recorrer y cuando volvimos alrededor de las 19hrs estaba todo cerrado; tocamos timbre, golpeamos, gritamos, llamamos por teléfono y nada! Después de 45 minutos sale el dueño pidiendo disculpas porque no había escuchado.Esa situación nos pareció pésimo pero lo peor vino después.Subimos a nuestra habitación y no la habían limpiado.Abrimos las camas y las sábanas estaban sucias! Fuimos al baño, que estaba fuera de la habitación, no dentro como se ofreció, y ni siquiera tenía papel higiénico, incluso había una llave sellada con scotch.Ahí decidimos hablar seriamente con el dueño, fuimos a buscarlo y no estaba. Recorrimos todo el lugar y no había nadie, ni empleados ni huéspedes.Nos dimos cuenta que estábamos solas y tuvimos que esperar hasta las 8AM del día siguiente para hablar con alguien.No dormimos en toda la noche porque nos sentíamos totalmente inseguras y en un lugar insalubre.Cuando le planteamos esto al dueño se excusó diciendo que había personal hasta las 18hrs y comenzó a retar groseramente a su gente por nuestro reclamo.No se hizo cargo para nada y mucho menos nos devolvió nuestro dinero.De igual forma nos fuimos!
