"We stayed here (Mar 22-24) to celebrate the birthdays of my mother and 4-year-old son. It was the most heartwarming experience! Exquisite Service: Despite our late arrival, they arranged an in-room check-in to let us rest. The birthday decorations, cake, and the "Happy Birthday" message on the mirror made my son so happy! Huge thanks to JJ for the adorable teddy bear gift at checkout. Perfect Room & Location: As requested, we were given a ground-floor room right by the pool. Access to the beach and breakfast was incredibly easy—perfect for a family with a small child. Top-notch Hospitality: The staff's attention to detail was amazing. Whether at the pool or beach, they constantly looked after us with water and smiles. • Special thanks to Jenil and Roland for their superb service. • Blaire’s foot massage was incredibly relaxing! Dining & Transport: The breakfast was delicious with a stunning ocean view. Also, the private charter from Kalibo Airport was very comfortable, and the complimentary shuttle to our next hotel was a lifesaver. Discovery Shores Boracay truly defines world-class hospitality. We had a perfect stay. Thank you for the unforgettable memories!"

"The room was absolutely worth the money. It was clean, well-planned, and well-equipped. As a beachside hotel, it satisfies all the needs. It has a swimming pool, great holiday vibes, and is within walking distance from Boracay Beach Station 2 area. "

"2泊で部屋から海は見えない部屋で予約したのだが、グレードアップして頂き海が見える部屋にしていただき感動した。 また朝食ブッフェは様々なレパートリーがあり、飽きない。米に関しても白米、ガーリックライス、フライドライスなど様々な種類がある。パンも充実しており10種類ほどある中から選べる。 設備に関しては"写真の通り"で感動した。 プールから海までの導線も完璧で、リゾート感溢れる造りとなっていた。 また一番よかったのがスタッフの対応。常に笑顔ですれ違うたびに全員が挨拶してくださる。 とにかく最高の2泊だった。 ボラカイに来たら次も必ず泊まりたい。 ありがとうございました！ “Maraming salamat talaga.” I stayed for 2 nights and originally booked a room without an ocean view, but I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a beautiful sea view. It truly made my stay unforgettable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, so it never got boring. There were different kinds of rice such as plain rice, garlic rice, and fried rice. The bread selection was also impressive, with around 10 different kinds to choose from. The facilities were exactly as shown in the photos, which was amazing. The layout from the pool to the beach was perfect, creating a true resort atmosphere. What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was always smiling and greeted us warmly every time we passed by. Overall, it was an absolutely wonderful 2-night stay. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Boracay. "3泊しましたが、朝食メニューは毎日変更されており、空きませんでした。部屋は清潔で、毎日、清掃もされ、快適に過ごすことができました。プールもきれいでしたし、プールサイドでのマッサージもとても良かったので、おすすめで、コスパも良いです。あと、すれ違うホテルスタッフの皆さんが笑顔で挨拶してくださるのはとても気持ちが良かったです。"

"シーツに血が付いていると言われた。 私達の中に出血したものは居ない。 シーツのクリーニング代を払えと言われ払った。 また6泊中、3泊でバスタオルがなかった。 電話で催促しても持って来ない。 先の件で身にのない請求されたので、3泊分のタオル代を返せと言った。 当然帰って来ない。 払った金額は僅かだが、腹が立ってしょうがなかった。ボラカイの定宿にしていたが、もう泊まることは無い。"
