Great location in the middle of all the main sites in Ortigia - loved the proximity to everything via walking. Hard to find and not easy to get to from parking, but once there, great stay all around!

Lovely, well located and spacious accommodations. Spotless, right in the heart of Ortigia but not noisy - easy access to all sights. Most helpful staff and owner! Alessia is a gem and so helpful, Barbara is a joy at breakfast and Martina is lovely and gracious. Breakfast was incredibly delicious each morning with many wonderful choices and local, family specialties.

Have stayed in many B&Bs in Italy and elsewhere and Maeco is one the very best. Martina extends a warm welcome, has excellent taste and runs a superb operation. The location couldn’t be better and the B&B’s modern amenities are integrated beautifully into the impressive historic building.

Everything around this bnb is simply lovely. The building is authentic, right there in the main piazza , the cleanliness is astonishing, and the service is beyond, owner was attentive to my needs, she agreed to serve breakfast earlier, she guided my thorough every step of check in, made sure I had recommendations of the city, she was fantastic, breakfast delicious in a beautiful dining room. Best bnb in all my trip around Italy.

Loved the stay. Can easily recommend this place.

In the heart of Ortigia but still quiet room. Was met with modern B&B in historic but renovated place and excellent host. Loved every thing about this place. The attention to detail in all aspect, from decor to facilities, breakfast, quality of bed and pillow etc etc. Will for sure stay here again. In factc staying 2 extra days in a smaller room (1 person) which also is just as lovely.

This was a beautiful hotel in the centre of Ortigia. So convenient for restaurants and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The room was lovely and the air conditioning worked well. I loved this bathroom! Overall, a great stay and location. I’d definitely go back.

Central location in Ortigia near numerous shops and restaurants. The room was beautiful and surprisingly quiet given it’s central location but there was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom throughout our stay. The building was going through a large renovation so this might have contributed to this issue. We opened our window and this helped. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good with the option of fresh eggs made to order daily. The hotel does not have parking so you need to park in a public lot and walk a bit to the hotel.

Lovely B&B in the heart of Ortigia. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was simple but fresh and plentiful. It was also quiet even if facing the street with restaurants and stores. The owner and other ladies working and running the place were very nice and helpful. I would not hesitate to go back to this B&B if returning to Ortigia.

This B&B is simply 5 stars. Its location is right in the centre of Ortigia, so perfect for dining, exploring and shopping. Quiet at night in our room despite being located in a main alleyway. Breakfast was superb & Martina (the owner) was amazing. Lovely experience

Excellent location in centre of Ortigia surrounded by beautiful architecture. Wide range of restaurants just outside and right next to Duomo Piazza. Despite this, no noise disturbance. Very well appointed and spotlessly clean room. The B&B staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Amazing. My first time here, would never stay anywhere else. Both girls at checkin area were very lovely and extremely helpful. Breakfast was great. Best possible location to be in Ortigia. Very modern rooms in historic building.
