Cozy apartment in Ortigia, a few steps from the Maniace Castle, the beach of Cala Rossa and Alfeo seafront.



The apartment, on the ground floor of a house, is distinguished by the use of local stone on the walls giving a welcoming and familiar feeling. The entrance opens onto the living area, consisting of an open space furnished with a sofa, a 48" Smart TV, a dining table and an open kitchen complete with an induction hob, a microwave, a kettle and all the necessary cooking tools. A corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.



Guests will benefit from washing machine, dryer, iron, air conditioning system with ductless split, radiant panel heating, wi-fi connection and all safety tools such as first aid kit, fire extinguisher.

For relax and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth of a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, In the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solarium (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its h natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola and the fisherman village of Marzamemi. Sicily is beauty, a wild land with a millennial history impossible to forget at first glance, that will take a special space in your heart.



Siracusa train station is 2,3 km from the apartment while the airport of Catania is around 1 hour and 10 minutes away by car.
