Pictures don't do the property justice
Great property in a small village, car a necessity. Fantastic pool area. We swapped the table on the back terrace to the front as there where 7 of us.
Fabrizio was very helpful, always available a joy to deal with. Would most definitely recommend.

Best holiday home ever.
Welcome was super, small suprise was waiting; local specialities like cannoli, cool drinks and sandwiches.
communication with the Host was directly and fast, arrive and departure times were negotiable.
Swimmingpool was clean and fresh.

Brilliant accommodation and host
The accommodation is perfect. Every bedroom is a good size, each has a TV with Netflix, and all proper double beds. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and the welcome package contained really useful and sensible things like spaghetti and passatta, wine amongst other things. Definitely the most thought through and generous welcome hamper/ package I have experienced. The living area is perfect, with a big table, comfy couch and TV with PS4 which has decent games with it if the kids need down time. The two bathrooms are as required, and good. Everything indoors is well thought through for families staying. Iron, ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher etc - all easy to use and work. The pool area is excellent, and the pool itself is also excellent. It has a deep and shallow end, and our 7 year old was more than OK in it. There are some inflatables/ pool toys that can be used which was a bonus. There is a side area for outdoor cooking which is a good bonus, but we did not use it. The location is a 20 minute drive into Syracuse. If you stay here, you must have a car. There are no shops/ restaurants within walking distance (I think). Fabrizio is the most attentive host I have experienced. The PS4 was playing up and he came to check it and sort it. The gas had run out for hot water, so he went straight to get it refilled and was back in 15 mins. Communication beforehand was perfect and plentiful. If you think this place will suit your needs, it definitely well. Brilliant!

Wonderfull stay and super host!
We had a wonderfull time at this house. All facilities are present. Very Nice pool and quiet environment. Lot of Stores couple minutes away by car and beaches close. The host is perfect. Very friendly and helpfunctie to solve any issues fast if they occur. At check inn there was a welcome package with groceries and sicilian treats.

Fantastiskt! Vi blev välkomnade med varm pizza, och i kylen fanns dricka, öl och vin. Värden Fabritzio hade även handlat olika sicilianska specialiteter, pasta och tomatsås till köket.Allt i huset är bra, sovrum, vardagsrum och kök/matplatser. Ute finns en jättehärlig pool, solsängar och terass med bord och stolar. Det finns även ett utekök med grill och pizzaugn.Området är lugnt, promenadavstånd till stranden och bara 10-15 minuter med bil till Syrakusa.Bästa stället vi har hyrt någonsin.

Toller Familienurlaub
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben das Haus und den Pool sehr genossen. Fabrizio war ein großartiger Gastgeber und hat alles getan um unseren Urlaub unvergesslich zu machen. Wir kamen Ostersonntag an und alle Lebensmittelgeschäfte geschlossen. Fabrizio hat uns komplett versorgt und das war großartig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Klare Empfehlung!!!
Unser Aufenthalt war einfach super. Fabrizio und seine Familie sind die besten Gastgeber, die wir bisher kennenlernen durften! Fabrizio war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit - schon vor unserer Anreise und auch noch nach Abreise. Man hat sich immer sehr herzlich willkommen gefühlt.
Das Haus war auch super. Alles wie beschrieben und vor allem sauber. Bei jedem Wetter kann man sich dort gut aufhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es einen schönen Strand und man erreicht verschiedene Ausflugsziele recht schnell.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Great house... great host... even in january
We have stayed in This house in january... it was not that warm... when we arrived the fire place was on for us, that was very gentil of Fabrizio... Fabrizio had shown us the house and explain everything... he had a bottle off prosecco that we opened together... he had bought us lots off stuff like croissant, Bread, cannelloni, beer,...
When there was a problem or question we Can always text him... in the winter there is not much open nearbye but he gave us adresses from bakkery, restaurant, ...

Villa très bien située proche des plages et de Syracuse. Très propre, très bien équipée, superbe piscine. Fabrizio est adorable, très attentionné et toujours disponible pour nous conseiller ! Villa fantastica e gran bella vacanza
Piacevolissimo soggiorno presso questa villa e località.
La villa ha tutti i comfort necessari, pulitissima e ottimi spazi e una nuovissima piscina per la quale torneremo sicuramente. La villa è situata non molto lontano dal mare e a soli 15 min dalla città di Siracusa dove si possono trovare bar e tantissimi ottimi ristoranti.
Ottimo anche il servizio. Abbiamo chiesto il servizio navetta per due dall’aeroporto e uno per andare in città per due sere. I proprietari sono molto gentili e premurosi. Ci siamo davvero rilassati e troveremo sicuramente il prossimo settembre.
