"Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly, and the services were good. The only suggestion I have is regarding the air conditioning in the hallways leading to the rooms. They can get very hot, so it would be much more comfortable if those areas were air-conditioned as well. Other than that, everything was great, and I enjoyed my stay."

She graciously checked us into our room at 10:30 AM, even though the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. After a long journey, this thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel at home throughout our stay. "The receptionists and the valets are very helpful. Charbel at the front desk is an outstanding customer service and front desk operator. The staff all over were very friendly and nice. Air conditioning was good for me; I like low temperature 18C is good enough for me. The room was cleaned every time I hanged the sign "Make room please" As far as business friendly probably a desk set up in the room will be helpful to use computers while sitting. I reserved the most economical rate since I was not planning to use the room daytime, it was for sleeping and showering before bed and upon rising. Next trip I will plan some vacation days and enjoy the property and the surroundings with a view to the bay of Jounieh and its amazing sunset."
