"The Cacharel is like going back in time to a French ranch house. Staff is incredible- food is amazing. Gorgeous large pool (eat there!) rooms all have AC and are comfortable. Incredible location right by marshes with hundreds of flamingos and ample places to ride the iconic white horses. We had no idea how amazing this part of the world is. Would absolutely recommend if you want a wonderful once in a lifetime family adventure! We loved our stay (and added a night!) "

The 1784 building is beautifully designed and restored. Attention to detail, love and grace abound. Breakfast is delicious with fresh breads and croissants, homemade jams, fresh fruit and wonderful French cheeses. The grounds are lovely, even in early spring. "On my way to Spain, I made my stop for the night at this maison. The house is in an extremely quiet area and feels very relaxing. The house itself shows its age, and the surroundings around it is farmers land I assume. I had a room overlooking the pool, and the room was fine. Everything worked and was well maintained. The TV only had french stations so not worth watching. I couldn't get the wifi to set up (due to my clumsiness?) so I used my own. So please ask about it if you decide to stay...

"I liked the location, outside of Arles but not too far. It had a tennis court, bikes and pool...my favorite hobbies! The gardens are just wonderful- make sure you explore. The rooms are all individually furnished."
