スタッフの対応は普通。いろんな面で立地は大変良く、朝食も良かった。ただし4星ホテルとしては壁の汚れやキズがそのまま、バスタブにはキズ、シミも。最悪なのは浴槽内が掃除をしてないのか水垢なのかザラついてて、裸のままハンドタオル、シャンプーを使い洗い流して入りました。海外のホテルは結構利用しましたが、２星、３星クラスでもこんな事はありませんでした

Stuffは親切でフレンドリーだか、ひげ剃り、歯ブラシの備え付けはなし。建物は古いか、早くチェックインさせてくれ、チェックアウト後も愛想よく手荷物を預かってくれるなど、サービスが良い。朝食は評価では悪かったが、実際には非常に良かった。

セントラル駅近で、アーケードもしくは地下道で、ほとんど濡れずにアクセスできます。近くにセントラルパークモールが出来、買い物にも便利です。さらなる再開発も進行しています。お部屋は駅近にしては広く、コンディションも良好です。ただ、チェックインの時間帯は、タイミングが悪いと長蛇の列。会員証らしきものを振りかざして横入りしようとした輩がいましたが、フロントの方が毅然と対応しておられたのが印象的でした。

駅の真横にあり、また中華街・パティスマーケットにも徒歩で１０分くらいのため、便利な場所にあります。 施設も清潔感あり、フロントも親切で（こちらが英語がいまいちだったので、google翻訳の画面をこちらに向けて、日本語の文字で説明してくれました。）、お値段も高くなく、朝食も満足でした。 唯一、お風呂のシャワーの水圧がもうちょっとほしいなと感じました。 でも、トータルではとても満足です。

Central駅から至近、空港から一本で近く、どこへ行くのも交通の便が良いです。観光スポットへは電車やLight trainと呼ばれる路面電車やバスで簡単にアクセスできますし、Town Hall辺りのショッピングゾーンへは天気が良ければ、ぶらぶら歩いても15分位です。バーケンヘッド・ポイントのアウトレットへは、ホテル前のバス停から501番のバスに乗れば乗り換えなしで便利。ホテルの周りには、Mac、KFC、タコベル他、ファーストフードやレストラン色々あるので食にも困りません。目の前のBroadwayを少し進むとスーパーのWoolworthもあるので、食べ物やお土産も買いやすいですね。部屋は清潔で広さも十分。快適でした。early checkinのリクエストにも答えてくれて吉。再訪あればリピートしたいですね。

Most of the staff were nice. Hotel is nice. Except for the housekeeping staff. My money got stolen from my bag. They opned the closed bag and took USD 400. It might have been my responsibility to keep the cash in the safe place. I normally use the safe but this time, I didn't. But it was the 1st time in 10 years, travelig more than 10 countries, that house keeper stole something. As the other reviwere says, there is a theif house keeper in this hotel. Watch out everyone.

Central Stationから近く、またコンシェルジュが大変親切で助かりました。 ただ、部屋のエアコンが効かない(寒かったのですが室温上がらず)・シャワーの温度調整が難しい・Wifiが有料という点が残念でした。

シャワーのお湯の温度が変わり易いですが、他は快適でした。
コンシェルジュの対応がよくたすかりました。部屋も清潔で過ごし易かったです。シャワーですが、浴びていると熱くなったり冷たくなったりして落ち着きませんでした。

チェックイン❗
朝８時半頃の到着のためスーツケースを預け街歩きをするつもりでしたが、20AU$でチェックインが出来ると言われ断った所、日本人かと聞かれそう答えると、チェックインをしていただけました。とても助かりました。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度
ロケーション良く、帰国時シャトルあり便利
帰国前の賃貸アパートメントに極近かった為、とても便利で有り難かったです。 特に、空港まで最寄り駅へ行き電車に乗らなくても、バンの様なシャトルバスが あり、AUD１７（予約必要）で大型トランクも幾つでも預かってくれて空港へ送ってくれるので最高でした。 セントラル駅にも、バスターミナルにも近いロケーションでとても便利です。
