寝るためだけの利用には十分です
価格が安く(2泊で2万5千円)、無料パーキング、ファミリールーム(4名で利用 1ダブルベッド、2シングルベッド)があるために利用しました。 サマーヒルの駅から徒歩5分、目の前にバス停もありシティーに出る(どちらを利用しても15分程です)のにもそれほど苦になりません。 ブルーマウンテンやフェザーデイルワイルドライフパークに車で出かけるにはとても便利な立地です。 田舎の小さなモーテルなのでそのあたりを理解して多くを求めずに利用すれば目の前にセブンイレブンもありますしそこそこ満足できると思います

清潔感に欠ける
事情があって他のホテルが取れず、こちらに宿に長期で滞在することに...本当に古い建物で部屋のソファは穴が空いていて汚れているし、シャワーはタイルがボロボロになっていて本当に驚きました。夜にはゴキブリが這い回るし、女性で清潔好きな人には間違いなくストレスとなるので止めた方がいいです。スタッフはとても良い人たちなのでゴキブリ対策くらいはしてほしかった。

olympic parkで用事があったので宿泊しました。 通り沿いの一般的なモーテルでした。 シングルベット。ということで予約しましたが、キングサイズのベットで、シングルの二段ベットも入っていました。

お値段は日本のビジネスホテル以上ですがシャワーオンリーです。文化の違いなので仕方がないけど!掃除はタオル交換のみです。 まぁ、細かいおもてなしは有りませんが こんなものかな。スタッフや掃除の方は優しいです

コスパは悪くないです
初めてのシドニーに仕事がらみで行くことになり、行動範囲を考えてこちらに決めました。 街からは少し離れていますが、最寄りのバス停/駅ともに近く道路を挟んでセブンイレブンがあるのでそれほど不便とは思いませんでした。 セントラル駅から5~6駅で時間もそれほどかからずシドニー空港までのアクセスもそれほど悪くありません。 空港からはタクシーで日本円で6千円前後です。 英語が全く話せないグルーブで利用しましたが、フロント含めスタッフの対応も悪くなく、日本人の感覚に無いモーターホテルで少し不安でしたが思いのほか快適でした。 旅費を抑えたいという方にはお勧めだと思います。 また行く機会があればホテル選びの選択肢の一つだと思います。

初めての一人海外旅行でしたが、親しく接してもらえてすごく助かりました! ただ、ネット回線が不安定なのと、ゴキちゃんを見かけた点が罰かな(笑) まぁすごく助かったし、目の前にセブンイレブンがあるんで過ごしやすかったです!

Overall a little misled by photos. the reception staff was nice enough to give us a refund after only a few hours after we inspected our room (mould in bathroom and roof, no security on windows, unpleasant smell) and surrounding neighbours Felt a little uneasy especially with two young teenagers girls

So much needs to be done to ask the price of $299 for 1 night , no table chairs , no shower curtain, toilet seat won’t stay up so it sits on your back while using, the bench is very unstable and the cupboard for the microwave is leaning sideways, mould, the beds are comfortable. Wouldn’t stay again for that price desperately needed upgrades someone has cut the power cord for the hair dryer. Needs work.

I would never stay at this place again. Nobody follows no smoking policy, no blind over window about door made room bright when trying to sleep. Dirty rooms and bathroom
This was the second time we stayed there. There was rubbish on the top bunk. Under the bed was dirty and rubbish on bench not wiped down. Not enough dishes for 5 people let alone 2. We had to wear shoes in the room as floor was filthy. Bathroom needs a deep clean from the mould. No extra toilet rolls and rubbish under the hand basin. We asked for clean towels and they only gave us two for 5 people.

Every bump from the neighbouring unit was heard. Booking for 3 people, a trundle bed was provided but only 2 pillows and 2 towels. The booking had been entered in the wrong weekend by the system and didn’t exist when we arrived but staff were accommodating and rectified.

It was alright but we had to set the heater remote to the heater and give the shower a spray down before getting in it

The staff are friendly and helpful but the room was unclean and so old and gross that it made us all feel uncomfortable. We had no curtain on the window and the fire alarm was covered by a shower cap. The window at the top of the door was covered by a dirty old towel and the mini fridge was filthy. We chose not to use the shower and had to force the kids to use the toilet. We only stayed for the night as we attended the football nearby and didn't want to drive home. I would have preferred to spend the $200 on a taxi home.

Not too bad
The room we had had a trundle bed that had not been used in a while. It was full of dust and rubbish the floor under the bed was the same. There was rubbish on the top bunk and not enough towels for everyone. There was not enough cuttlery and the fridge was broken.

Property was close to where we needed to be. 7 eleven across the road. Our room was clean, beds we're comfortable. The Motel and the rooms are just very dated and worn. Would I stay here again. Probably.

Apartment was poor. So much street light came in due to blinds. Unable to sleep Bec of light issues. Towels smelled. Toilet roll holder hanging from wall. Beds uncomfortable.

we booked a room for 3 when we got to the room there was only 1 bed on speaking to the receptionist we asked for our money to be refunded they refused and said they would try to find another room no lift 6 flights of stairs
