小さいお部屋。香水の匂いがきつかった。駐車場もとても狭くて停めるのもひと苦労。停めるところがないときは隣のホテルに止めるように言われるので少し面倒くさい。でも朝食はそこそこ。パンとコーヒーと紅茶、ジュース、ヨーグルト、フルーツ。 この料金でこれならいいかな。

This is the 2nd time I have stayed there first one was top floor and this time was room 4 bottom floor. About 7.30pm Wednesday night 1/5/24 people banging, bashing and talking loud went on from 7.30 to about 11.30pm then from 6am Thursday morning got woken up with people bashing things banging and talking so loud. Didn’t sleep at all the night before and to get woken up that early my alarm was set at 8am but been up since 6am. Had to go to hospital for appointment that took 3hours then had to drive home to central coast half tired. Wish people would have some respect for others.

Had extended three more days staying. The receptionist during the Easter Holiday hours was very nice. Great location for easy commutting to the city.

The hot water in my shower didn’t work, so after already being there one night and most of the next day and and 3 times of advising the staff, my partner, our 5 year old and myself then had to shower in another room just so we could go out for dinner. There is only 10 parking spots for a facility that has 35 rooms, I think that is ridiculous and the back parking is extremely small and difficult to park in. It is very limited in what’s available kitchenette wise

When I sat on the bed I thought it was going to tip over. It would be a good idea to have ice cube trays in the fridge. The top surfaces were clean but the bottom of chair and other furniture were very dusty.

The hotel was okay, pretty basic, more of a motel style and doesn’t live up to the claims it makes. My main concern was that the main door to the hotel was left open early during the morning and late at night - I’m actually not sure if it ever closed. Meaning that anyone from the streets could access inside the hotel. Especially as the receptionists were often not in the little shed - plus how would they ever know? The rooms are locked using a standard key making me feel super unsafe, resulting in me putting furniture against the wall overnight and also taking most personal belongings out with me during the day. The rooms were okay but quite outdated, a lot of the furniture was actually broken and the toilet struggled to flush. The fan was also super noisy and the floorboards creaked everytime you took a step. Definitely not newly renovated as it states, or at least in my room. It also states that the rooms are soundproof - can DEFINITELY confirm that they are not and you can hear every phone call, conversation and other unpleasant things from other people’s rooms. Definitely kept me awake most nights. The breakfast was standard and good especially for a quick snack in the morning, and I was happy that the room came with a kettle and fridge. But was a shame that there was no cutlery. Overall, my stay was bearable but I wouldn’t come back nor would I recommend to my friends.

Our room was in the smaller building behind the main building, up narrow, unclean stairs. On the inside of the door to the room the lock, the door chain and door closer were all coming away from the door - secutity was a joke. The carpet was threadbare and filthy. One of the bathroom walls had 3 holes in it, 2 were partially filled. The soap which the previous guests had used was left in the bathroom, and the towels they had used and hung in the closet to dry, because there was nowhere else to hang them, were still there. The curtain was coming off its rails. Parking in the hotel's garage was an extremely tight fit. This was a very dissapointing experience, particularly as the hotel was advertised as recently renovated and cleanliness was so poor.

Clean and comfortable, with everything you need, close to St Leonards station and shops in Crow's Nest. Easy check-inand checkout. The only minor gripe I had is that the kettle couldn't fit under the tap in the sink.

The receptionist was lovely and nice on arrival. Unfortunately the parking was extremely limited and near impossible to park, there was also mould throughout the bathroom and the bed bowed which made it difficult to sleep.

A quaint property with basic amenities. Pleasant continental breakfast. Room was clean with fresh towels. Friendly staff. Shower very hard to regulate. No kitchen utensils provided. Parking somewhat difficult. Opening of room door not the best with furniture blocking the door opening. Value for money good.

Fair and affordable hotel
Thanks for the reception lady waited for us until 10pm for check in, we appreciated it. We stayed on the 2nd floor and because the stairs was a little bit too narrow when you are carrying suitcases. The room was too small, we had a difficult time to manage how to open our two medium size suitcases. It took about 2-3 minutes to wait for the hot water to come out from shower, also the water pressure was disappointing. Free parking was provided, but the only spot left was so difficult to park, I had to make several attempts (I have 30+ years of driving experience) in order to park properly. Oh, the air conditioner in my room was super cold, that’s good.

A perfect little find and great value for money. It had a microwave, which was an added bonus I wasn't expecting. A couple of lightbulbs were blown, but other than that, room presentation was excellent, linen and towels good, the room was snug but adequate for a short stay - super convenient to hospital. Reception and check in were excellent, very welcoming and accommodating. Thank you.
