3泊しました。お願いしていた部屋が使えなかったようで、スイートにアップグレードして下さいました。ビジネス向けとの口コミを見ましたが、充分観光向けだと思います。セントラル駅から徒歩10分程度、ホテル周りは夜まで賑わっていて、レストラン、フードコート、コンビニ、バー、ショッピングセンター、大学などがあり人通りも多く、夜でも危険な感じはいっさいありませんでした。ホテルの方も皆さん感じがよく、毎日ではないかもしれませんが、日本人の方もいらっしゃいました。とにかくアクセスが良いので快適に過ごせました。アメニティでなかったのは、歯ブラシくらいだと思います。シャワーやバスタブのお湯の出も問題ありませんでした。他の方もおっしゃっている様に、シャワーの水が隣のトイレに流れる仕組みなので、シャワーを使用した後は、トイレの前にタオルを敷き、スリッパを履いて使用しました。食事は利用していないのでわかりませんが、ウェルカムドリンクのシャンパンと、毎日、ペットボトルの水は頂けました。ホスピタリティに厳し過ぎる人にどうかはわかりませんが、私には良いホテルでした。

新しいホテルでスタッフのホスピタリティーも感じます。立地はセントラル駅の改札まで徒歩約10分。ゲストルームのテレビは日本の番組は視聴できませんが、ジムもありゆっくり過ごすことができました。ただ連泊だと、翌日はバスローブがなかったり、なくなったシャンプーの補充がされてなかったりすることがありました。しかしフロントに補充をお願いすると喜んですぐに対応してくれます。

快適な滞在でした
スタッフの方はとても親切でした。 チェックイン時にウェルカムシャンパンもあり、チェックイン時からテンションがあがりました。 車で行く際は、駐車場が分かりづらく少し手こずるかもしれません。周辺は一方通行の道路が多く迷いました。笑 総合的にとてもいい滞在だったとおもいます。

数ヶ月前にオープンしたばかりの新しいホテル。設備は最新だがマネジメントがまだ軌道に乗っていないのか、チェックイン時刻を過ぎても部屋の準備が出来ていない。ホテル側の配慮で朝食サービスをつけてくれた。スタッフの感じは良かった。部屋も使いやすく水廻りもOK.。ただしシャワールームの水がトイレまではねるレイアウトは△。セントラル駅から徒歩10分くらい。隣に大型スーパーの入って商業施設もあり過ごしやすい環境。観光で利用したがビジネス向きかも。

綺麗で従業員も感じがよく、そばにスーパーもあるし、便利でした！ただ、シャワールームの扉が途中までしかなく、トイレのとこに水浸しになる恐れがあり、気を使いながらシャワーを浴びないといけないところが、唯一の不満でした！次シドニーに行く機会があれば、また泊まりたいです！

満足の行くホテル
受付の際にspg会員になることを強く勧められたのと、バスローブが一枚しかなくて頼んでも持ってこなかった。 シャワー室の鍵が勝手に閉まってしまい、開かなかったら来てすぐ直してくれた。 グラスを割って閉まったが清楚を、しっかりしてくれた。

Great place to stay but not great value for money or 4-star. I booked a king but got (very narrow) twin beds, TV channel options are limited, and no snack items to go with tea/coffee. This would be a very solid 3-star option at a lower price, and I would definitely stay again if rating and price reflected the offering.

Location is good with shopping mall two blocks away. Staff were friendly and helpful. The problem was small flies in the room and toilet. Seems like an infestation issue, the hotel cleaning staff used insect spray after I highlighted the issue. Unfortunately, the approach did not help as I continued to see the flies in the room through out my stay

The hotel is in a great location, close to Central and the CBD. The accessible room is large and well appointed. The accessible bathroom is OK - the shower pressure is quite weak but the temperature is good. It's our go-to hotel when staying in Sydney.

For the price I paid it was great value for money compared to many other lesser hotels. Good in every way except when you have a fridge cutlery and plates should be available in the rooms. I would definitely stay here again at a similar price. Excellent!
