It is renowned as a popular vacation spot, with its touristy center and nightlife, casinos, pubs, and clubs in the Paceville area. These apartments are all tastefully finished to commodity standards and are equipped with modern furnishings. Additionally, all properties have a balcony with street or in-land views and are furnished with outdoor facilities. The distance of the apartment from Swieqi to the airport is approximately 10 KM (a 16-minute drive).

9. After check out cleaning fees for a monthly or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
