Modern apartment with swimming pool, 8 minutes walk to the beach. Accommodates 7 persons in 2 double beds in 2 bedrooms , 1 double sofa bed and a single sofa bed in the living area. The apartment is accessible by lift or stairway. There are 3 terraces with some views of the sea over the neighbourhood and towards the whole town of st julians. fully equipped and airconditioned ; private residential parking available on site on a 1st come 1st serve basis to residents only.
The apartment is on the 4th floor level. On entrance you have a hallway leading to 2 bedrooms with own terraces. a bathroom and a spare guest Wc. The other part of the apartment hosts a very spacious living room area with open plan fully equipped kitchen, 3 large terrace/s with views of the sea and surrounding town of St Julians towards paceville and st georges bay
The apartment has a self check in option but we usually meet & greet all guests on check in day. Guests will have access to the whole apartment and a communal residential swimming pool areas
Please note that only the exact number of persons identified or as booked in the apartment are entitled to make use of the pool area or the property itself. If you wish to invite someone to join please ask
the neighbourhood is a quiet and decent residential area and is about 8 minutes walk to the beach waterfront , shops and several attractions
you can get around by walk to the beach or city center withing 8 to 15 minutes walk or use the bus stop just down the road
Applicable to stays of up to 1 month or more : Purchase per paid electricity cards on check in - a 20 euro card can be used up in 4 to 7 days - it depends how much you use the airconditioning whilst there. A security guarantee / refundable deposit to cover for some pre paid electricity cards and any minor damage of between 100eu and 350 Eur or at managements discretion
