Upon arrival we noted air conditioner was not cold. Very nice Ms. Emily helped reset and it was cold for a minute. She called engineering. We had to leave for an event and when we returned to the room much later noted it was still high 70's. Restless, hot night of sleep. The band was fabulous, all staff great especially Marie, Willie, Griffin.

Overall stay was good area does not have any night time stores open would be good if they had at least a vending machine on property for evening convenience

Excellent location. Easy to take the subway from City Hall. Great view from the balcony. Nice rooftop pool and the Irish pub next door as great food.
