"The staff at this hotel is always pleasant, helpful, and if I ask a question they can't answer, they go out of their way to find someone who can give me whatever info I need. The view from the Executive Double Room with River View was nothing short of fantastic. The bus stop across the street was very convenient. And while the bar poured the shortest shots of whiskey I've ever seen (might try a shot glass for that instead of a high ball glass), the staff there was all smiles and good attitude. Definitely recommend this hotel."

Best hotel I have stayed in London, pubs around the corner which are lovely as well as great proximity to Millbank Pier for the boat down the Thames which is easy and Pimlico which is four stops south of Oxford Circus on the Victoria line. A fantastic gem of a hotel that we will be coming back to!"
