"No staff on-site, room was so dirty and everything covered in dust. Had to wash dust, dead insects and other peoples hair from the spa before using it. Was fairly quiet. Was disappointed that the light outside my room didnt work as it was pitch black as i was down the end of a walkway. "

"Staff were wonderful very helpful with our arriving later than we said. We normally have a wonderful stay here. Have come back several times. Now we did choose a cheaper room than we would normally book here and it was Boxing Day and school holidays but it was so NOISY!! A room that was near stairs and main road and so it was a thoroughfare but the walls were paper thin why do people have to stomp around so loudly. Sounded like they were moving furniture directly above. The car park was a distance from the room they should be numbered according to the room. It was a comfy bed. But the vacuuming/ cleanliness left a lot to be desired there were disgusting cut toenails on the carpet. So gross. The toilet didn’t flush well. And then the foxtel tv kept buffering every 5-10 mins through a movie cause the network/wifi wasn’t good. We will come back again stay in our normal room which is at the back. Not at Xmas. Ps we didn’t use the aircon. "
