Best choice!

The rooms are clean and equipped with every detail, the decoration super nice, the breakfast amazing, the location perfect both for beach and city centre/restaurants. But the best is the staff, starting from the lady at the reception and that did extra mile to help us fixing even problems with car and also special mention to Tymo. Without his supervision of parking we would never found out the problem with the tyre before going to the airport. We highly recommend this hotel, especially the suite! Thanks for everything!

I will not stay again with kids and elderly.

Although Manager was lovely, we were not satisfied with our stay. We had terrible incidents as our toddler, child and grandfather was stuck in the elevator for 20min late evening. We were really mistreated by the company responsible for the elevator. (Making fun of the situation, and extremely rude) I would suggest all to use stairs instead of elevator especially after 7pm. We also never received the new towels (we had limited towels to use at the end) during our 3days stay. Room is comfortable and location is great but if you have small kids or elder parents, I would pick a hotel stay with full time staff as no staff will on site after 7pm.

Stylish place in Swakopmund

A stylish and cosy place. Spacious rooms, nice public areas and very helpful and attentive staff. Location is also ideal, 100 meters away from the beach and the lighthouse.

Top-Unterkunft - sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, wie es der Name schon sagt. Frühstück gibt es nicht im Haus sondern Gutscheine für mehrere unterschiedliche kleine süße Bistros um die Ecke. War sehr nett dort. Wenn ich nochmal nach Swakopmund komme, würde ich dort augf jeden Fall wieder übernachten.

Die Fotos auf der Expedia-Website passen nicht immer mit den gebuchten Zimmern in den Suites zusammen - führt zu Missverständnissen vor Ort. Zimmer wirken langsam etwas abgenutzt und schlecht gewartet - Luxury Suites müssen aufpassen, den früheren guten Level zu halten.

Great room and amazing manager

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay. The room was very bright, comfortable and clean. The manager is worth mentioning as she is extremely attentive and went the extra mile. The place is well located near very nice bars and restaurants. Highly recommend it!

Great location. Walkable to restuarants and seafront. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is modern with a nespreso machine in the room and other tea/ciffee facilities. Breakfast vouchers are provided for four cafes within easy reach of the hotel. The bed was really comfortable with lively linen.

We loved this property. The room was beautiful and everything was very comfortable, just as it looks in the picture. The location is great, just a two minute walk to the water and lots of restaurants and shops close by. The property is not a traditional hotel. The reception is only open until 6 p.m. but this wasn't a problem. The staff are extremely helpful. Highly recommend it.

Amazing rooms at a center safe location

Everything was great!

Swakopmund is a great place to visit! Friendly people and very quiet. Swakopmund Luxury Suites is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. It is in walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops and the beach. You can reach the dunes in a few minutes drive. I would go again tomorrow!

Gute Abwechslung auf Rundreise

Guter Check-in, saubere und modern eingerichtete Zimmer. In unserem Zimmer gab es (installationstechnisch bedingt) eine hohe Stufe mit scharfer Kante mitten im Zimmer, welche meinem Mann ein schmerzhaftes Hämatom einer Zehe einbrachte. Vor allem für Brillenträger (die nachts mal rausmüssen) ist die Unterkunft somit nicht geeignet. Nach dem Besuch von Swakopmund muss ich sagen, dass es sicher schönere und weniger verletzungsgefährdende Unterkünfte gibt.

Es war dort sehr sauber, ordentlich und zentral gelegen. Zum Strand sind es nur 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Einkaufsgeschäfte sind in sehr naher Umgebung.

Hochwertig eingerichtete Unterkunft, sehr zentral.

Hatten 4 Nächte in der Junior Suite. Schöne und hochwertige Einrichtung des Zimmers (z.B. Parkettboden), unaufdringlicher Service. Lage ist sehr zentral (3 min Fussweg zur Mole). Für das Frühstück gibt es Vouchers in den umliegenden Cafes - eine gute Lösung! Parkplatz direkt vor dem Gasthaus, zwar öffentlich, aber bewacht. Insgesamt sind die Luxury Suites sehr zu empfehlen.

Designhotel mit schrägen Tönen

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, hat schöne Zimmer mit modernem Design, und ist sicher jederzeit eine Reise wert - wenn man nicht, wie wir, gerade das Pech hat, dass die Nebenzimmer lautstark renoviert werden. Wir mussten leider tagsüber vor dem Baulärm flüchten, da z.B. in der Mittagszeit Fliesen abgeschlagen wurden. Man entschuldigte sich zwar später, nach unserer Beschwerde, auf eiligst aufgehängten Zetteln im Haus - aber das Personal wirkte insgesamt eher bemüht, sich den Fakten gegenüber unwissend zu stellen - um es höflich zu formulieren. Also besser erst dann kommen, wenn alles fertig ist. Vielleicht in einem Jahr?

Contemporary hotel in the centre of town

Rooms are newly decorated in a beautiful modern yet understated way and very comfortable. However note that this hotel is still under development (although we were not disturb by noise) and as such doesn't currently have any of the facilities one would expect, for example it is not possible to have breakfast at the hotel. Instead you are given a voucher (of the value of 100 Namibian dollars) to spend at a few selected cafes, some of which are only a few steps away. This is not a problem for us however I believe this should be mentioned prior to the booking. There is a lovely shared terrace with lots of lovely sofas, however currently not used as there isn't a bar or the ability to grab a coffee there. Parking is at the front of the property with a guard. Reception staff were friendly, super efficient and most helpful in organising excursions and dinner reservations, however note that at present the Reception closes at 6pm until the next morning (again not an issue for us but do take note if you are planning for a late arrival). That said, we had a lovely stay and curious to see how it will evolve.

Great location. Lovely clean and modern apartment with a nice outdoor patio area. Staff were helpful. No complaints and would recommend. Was more expensive than other options though but think it was worth it. Voucher system for local cafes for breakfast was a great idea and gave us opportunity to try a few places.

Beautiful hotel, not far from the beach

We had a great stay, and will be back. The hotel is centrally located with the beach and downtown area accessible in walking distance. You receive vouchers for breakfast to eat at a few different places in town. We recommend Village Cafe. The hotel reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are modern and clean. The beds and pillows are uber comfortable. There was a fold-out couch that can be used for up to 2 children.
