Vacation home with pool and beautiful terrace

  • Casa Maria is located in the small Istrian village of Peresiji not far from the medieval town of Svetvinčenat. The traditional Istrian stone house offers accommodation for up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Through a beautiful vine-covered terrace you enter the living room on the first floor of the house. Here you will also find the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with shower/WC. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor with a beautiful view of the greenery.
    Outside, the small flowered garden with pool and the shaded terrace invite you to relax.
    Casa Maria is also a good starting point to explore Istria. Thus, the Istrian metropolis of Pula as well as the beautiful coastal town of Rovinj can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The nearest beaches are in Barbariga or Fažana (20 minutes).
