The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped and also provides direct access to the terrace and pool area. Also on the ground floor, a separate shower and WC are available for guests. The first bedroom on the ground floor features 1 french bed measuring 200 cm in width and 210 cm in length, an en-suite shower and WC, and a direct exit to the garden. The second bedroom on the ground floor is appointed with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 210 cm in length, an en-suite shower, bidet, and WC, and opens onto the terrace and swimming pool. One bedroom on the ground floor and the pool area have been thoughtfully adapted for people with disabilities. On the upper floor, 2 further bedrooms continue the villa's refined standard.
