Could have stayed elsewhere for 1/3 the price and NONE of the HASSLES. The air conditioner fan in our room cycled on and off about every 30 seconds. Every time it cycled, a loud, rapid clicking occurred - five clicks, to be exact (I had all night to count). So, no sleep all night! Food is advertised as "All Day Dining" - forget about getting food because they close the restaurant without telling the guests and offer no suggestions for alternative dining. We had to wander around the area to find dinner when we were very travel weary and just wanted to rest. No awning over the entrances, so the floor was wet and slippery every time it rained (and it's rainy season right now). There is no parking area for checking in - we had to park at the curb with flashers on to check in and then get authorization to access the parking garage. They did not give us good directions to the hotel parking garage. We unknowingly parked in the wrong garage, pulled out all our bags, and went up the elevators to find ourselves at the Pension Office. Had to go back down to the garage, put the bags back in the car, then find the correct garage, pull out all the bags again, etc. A real pain in the neck! We stay at Marriott Bonvoy Hotels for the service and amenities. Four Points by Sheraton at Suwon was a big disappointment.
